I wasn't particularly interested when I watched the 10min gameplay preview trailer, but, controlling it is a joy. Refined. The game part of this game is super goooooooood. So tight. Phantom pain is now one of my must anticipated games, I'm glad this thing exists as a kinda tutorial thing so I'm fully comfortable with the controls when the main game comes out. Which was one of my biggest complaints about MGS4, I never felt fully in control of snake and when shit hit the fan I'd end up fumbling the controls. My other big complaint of MGS4 is that it's bad I highly recommended people giving ground zeroes a go

They're clearly trying to recapture a lot from the oringal trilogy. The tone, the dog fighting etc The most iconic moment of the original trilogy is that "Luke, I am your father" mega twist. I can see the producers of this new trilogy saying we need to have that holy shit moment. The easiest way to do that would be to reveal or do something to one of the original cast members. Luke or Leia reaveling themselves as a Sith Lord in the 3rd act of movie two

I think losing an eye would be a far more significant life event then having a planned child and would cause a change in his character The whole tap dancing "it's my job" thing he did after he got shot, he saw his job for what it really was and just cut out all niceties. Works work. Seeing Don in the office was a social event, I can see him now having a clear divide between being a super nice guy outside of work (where you don't get shot in the face fluffing clients) and a cut the shit business man in work

Surely it's exciting, they can do absolutely anything with these new movies. What if in the interim Luke Skywalker succumbed to the Darkside and will be this trilogies main bad guy. Put that in you fucking pipe and smoke it. Imagine if Luke skywalker slaughters han solo in the first ten minutes of the movie. I literally just thought of this as an example but now it seems so right. Making Luke Skywalker the big bad of these movies would be soooooooo good

Ken was horrible to Joan in the first episode of season 7. I didn't really get what was going on, because the last time we saw Joan she was obviously a partner and was starting to take on her own accounts/clients. Fast forward 6 months and Ken Cosgrove is telling her not to interfere and stay out of my office :/ perhaps they were showing even though job titles have changed the relationship between these two characters haven't. I thought Ken didn't care about the job and wanted to write sci if short stories, then he gets shot in the face and gets really serious about his job :/ I don't really buy any of that.

So it's From Software and SCE Japan Studio making this. What does that mean? I guess it would mean a playstation exclusive. No PC? Remember that TV series they had in the works, a hell of a lot of work must of went into that thing, I'm pretty sure the last I heard of it was that they were casting, so must have been pretty far along. I wonder if any info about it will ever surface.

I know. Weird right? Although perhaps they know they've got a shit hot game on their hands and the reviews alone will be their PR. Or maybe they're just expecting the slow burn like what happened with Bastion, word of mouth, migrating the game across different platforms, I assume the Xbox one and iPad version will turn up 6 month from now.

Hopefully they'll create their own fighter or kart racing game, they've got a big enough cast of characters to topple Mario Kart. Imagine it, a bubble head Han Solo sat in a millennium falcon kart racing against Manny Calavera in the Bone Wagon
