Only to have everything happen exactly the same apart from Henry has a sad wank over Delilah's left old underwear whilst waiting for the helicopter. You wanted a climax! This is why I don't make video games (Or why I should absolutely be making video games?)

Can someone explain to me what there is about the ending of this game that deserves hate? As in, Max Landis saying he "fucking hates the ending".... Like which part? Not to mention a bunch of people chiming in, seems as if it's quite the shared opinion. Did I miss the memo, these people say it so matter of fact like its obvious what's so bad about it and why we're all united in our hatred for it. What exactly did they expect differently? I honestly can't fathom it I'm not saying I love the story, I have no real opinion on it which I guess is a compliment as If I saw problems I'd point them out. The story is what it is, a mystery was revealed, everything ties up relatively neatly. Were people expecting you to meet dehlila at the end. I guess I knew from the get go that you never would... Or at least I would've been very surprised if you would have (perhaps being in the same room as her dead body after ned killed her when you asked her to wait for you I quickly put that theory to rest) as I had heard nels say on the designer notes podcast that they just couldn't afford to have fully animated npc's in the game So yeah. What is making people say "I hate that ending"???

Delilah tower on the boys map is named "Witch house". When I noticed that mid game I thought I uncovered some subtly foreshadowing and she'd turnout to be not a nice lady Actually now that I think about it, is that actually the burnt out cabin. Oh well.

Finally got around to finishing this today. The photographs in the end credits is a really really great touch.

This guy is doing beginner guides to each character that might be a bit better actually... There's so much out there when you google search and much of it is irrelevant now as it was created during the beta and half the combos don't work anymore. All I want is a 10 minutes video for each character that explains there playstyle, what buttons you should be pressing, what's safe, what's invincible, what has armour, what's your anti airs, what's your wake up options and what's your bread and butter combos. Yes! I watched them yesterday. Really good videos. Essential viewing. Also Capcom is slowly releasing a series of tutorials for each character... Let me find one They're on the actual Street Fighter YouTube channel. They've done Ryu, Chun li, Bison and Cammy so far. I've had a lot better time today since they've sorted out the match making. And also I went back to basics and played as ryu, concentrated on my fundermentals. Something I never even think about whilst in a game using anti air normals, I'm free as fuck. Also the quick get up command literally never enters my head when I'm playing. But I've been cleaning up today, gained 300LP and crested super bronze or whatever 1000LP is. still get lag occasionally but not as much. It's been quite a frustrating experience for me so far. I had like a 80%-90% win ratio day 1. But since then I either get ridiculous unplayable lag or it constantly matches people way way out of my league. Thank god I've seen on the the street fighter server Twitter that they've improved the match making. I'm ranked like 35000th in the world and it constantly matches me against people who were in the top 3000. I like street fighter, but I'm never going to be in the top 5000 players on the planet, so don't match me against them. Hilariously the tweet was worded from the perspective of the higher ranked player "You will no longer be matched against lower ranked players and will now have a hard time keeping your win streak" Oh woe is me So last night wasn't fun. I'm looking forward to being matched against some similar skilled players. The feeling of beating a skilled player is like nothing else in gaming (just don't make them too skilled) And what I mean by that is people who know and perform the most punishable combos at all time. A player who can get 3 light pokes in the match and it's over. Insane corner juggle combos where I can't even compute wants happening. I feel like I need to swat up before playing. mostly what are my wake up options as I'm getting destroyed, seems like everything I try, even ex specials get beat by a simple medium punch. (I've been playing as birdie)

I know sorry I should've took a screenshot. I just checked my PS4 storage and I didn't. Day 3, when you're boarding up the window, standing at the top of the watch tower, looking straight forward, I think it was 90 degrees left of the ladies tower. Off in the very far distances, only a few pixels wide, a black cube hovering in the air. I looked at it for a long time whilst chatting on the radio, moving backwards and forwards and seeing it move slightly left and right in front of the cloud texture I would've been zoomed in looking at it as well, so proper minuscule at normal magnification

Have they fixed that random cube floating in the sky on day 3. Did anyone else spot that?

Wow this runs like warmed up shit I guess that explains the lower than expected price point. Sounds like unity couldn't contain campo santos ambition. And what's with the turning acceleration speed. It feels broken. It accelerates smoothly then maintaines a steady comfortable pace for a second... then instantly jumps to lightspeed. It can do entirely without that final speed adjust. I feel harsh saying it, but I'd say the same if it is any other game. Hopefully it doesn't detract from the experience too much, I've only just reached the tower the little twine narrative has already given me a gut punch, sat wondering for a couple minutes... Also, wasn't Jake saying on the podcast not that long ago about how all games should have the "it's been 3 minutes since your last save" when quitting, and how easy it must be to implement ;P
