I really loved that game in the end, but i wanted to throw it out the window during chapter two. and its like 15 hours long isn't it? Really looking forward to the sequel i remember thinking the colossi were a bit naff, to easy

Perhaps a lot more contrast between the light a shade and i'd tone back the rock gradient stuff as well more jaggy monoliths and less streaky bacon

I watched the 'bad ending' on youtube a couple of days ago. What a perfectly stupid ending to a perfectly stupid game.

i predict 2013 will be the year i'll do the least amount of gaming for these past 20 years, my gaming has taken a nose dive this years since moving out of my parents house. So i think the ratio of talking, thinking and reading about games compared to actually playing games will become even wider Only two must play games come to mind when i look at the first half of next year: bioshock and last of us (and even those could get middling review scores which could easily turn me off)

We must be running out of worthwhile HD upgrade releases now, hitman trilogy is on the horizon.To late for Max Payne I can foresee a dark souls trilogy HD+ box set in 3 years time. And Gears of war. I'd love some remakes/re-imaginings though, Soul reaver is begging for a reboot. They should totally remake Quake 2. yeah buddy! And resident evil needs a reboot of course

The white tail lizards hang out at the Save Ruins™. Lets call them Save Ruin™ lizards or Save Ruinzards™. But you'll occasionally find black tail lizards scurrying around out in the open. There is no benefit in murdering these lizards other than pure enjoyment. The game should be called Shadow of the Save Ruin: Lizard Murderer

doh, i've just discovered i have 3 chapters left and that i can't count

I was very almost about to quit Ass Creed 3, its sat unplayed for about 4 weeks now But i've just looked on gamefaq's and apparently i have only 2 chapters left (of 12) which seems crazy to me considering i've barely touched any of the side mission bits like ship sailing and I've only got one assassin in my guild. And it's not like i've been avoiding side shit either. So from here on out i'm going to ignore all side shit (and save ruins) and blaze through the story just to finish it off. I've got to finish of walking dead first (mid chapter 4) and i've got binary domain in the post (so help me god)

yeah at the save ruin. i wasn't 100% sure if there was a save ruin at the starting ruin which as it turns out is totally a save ruin, so you can go right ahead and save at that save ruin

i knows, i just mean even though its getting a little stale for me a graphics injection would probably trick my brain into liking it again i love the hard as nails intro to the games, but after about the mid point when it gets harder/longer to level up and your stats stop moving and the weapon upgrading and the GIANT SKELETON GIANTS IN PITCH DARKNESS the formula needs a shake up.... Hawk and fish grabbing.... WAT. I never knew about any of that. I played through the game twice, when it was original released and HD version quite recently. I've never touched the time trials or the hard mode. I'm pretty sure when i played through it originally i only picked up some fruit but it makes such a minute change to your health bar i didn't realise it did anything then didn't really bother looking, same with the lizards i don't think i even got one... it's almost like that stuff is optional extras in the world also, they're so subtly implemented you can easily play through the whole game without ever picking any up

Whats the possibility/probability of Dark Souls 2 being a next gen title? i'm getting a little tired of the dark souls formula, but a next gen injection would be very welcome. Do you think we'll see lots of games with two verision, for current and next gen. This is the type of thing i can see the next Call of Duty doing. And have they already confirmed this is the case for Metal Gear Solid 5

I saw Michael Fassbenders penis last night. I enjoyed it and id recommend giving it a little look... The movie Shame I mean. I can't say much about it without spoiling the movie as its quite a simple story. We had both completely forgotten we'd watched it a couple of hours later, so don't expect any lasting meaningful impact.
