On reflection, my frustration is with Aui himself, who I knew nothing about coming in and still know nothing. As a certified Jewish person, I'm authorized to tell you that's not a Reuben. Reubens aren't kosher so I don't know why this gives me authority but let's go with it. Reubens have 1000 Island (also nasty), and it sounds like you had Pastrami. I'm not knocking that sandwich, it sounds amazing and superior to a Reuben. Just sayin'. Mayo is bad, like most other creamy, white sauces (sour cream, cream cheese (worst Jew, seriously), cottage cheese, RANCH "The Tastebud Killer"). I will cop to the notion that an exquisite homemade mayo could be a complement to a sandwich, but the shit you slap out of a jar straight on to a ruined sandwich is just the worst.

It appears I am thankfully the dissenting opinion here, because I did not enjoy this episode at all. I'd usually not say anything when that happens, but I want to offer feedback so the show continues to be good. I am not sure of the right word, but your guest was very standoffish(?). Aloof, maybe? It felt like you guys were trying to feed answers to make them longer than a few words. He doesn't talk to his teammates, he doesn't talk to former teammates, he doesn't think pro-am leagues are good, he doesn't have a system for practice, he contradicted himself in back to back sentences... I didn't feel like I learned anything about his team, or anything in Dota or gaming at large except he wants all the lords to be deleted and the satellite tournaments are too long. It sounds like he is a high profile player coming off of a big tournament win, so I understand why he'd be a really big grab as a guest. Without him seeming willing to talk about anything at length I didn't get any interesting insights or fun stories of previous episodes. Unfortunately I feel like I'm being critical without being constructive. Having defined topics to discuss seems like it's pretty important?

I went on a mass road-upgrading spree in my first city where I'd banked 100k+. It demolished all the buildings as the roads widened, I used up all my money, and no one moved back it. It is absolutely possible to ruin a completely stable city.

Maybe "hard" isn't the right word? I get analysis paralysis because I don't want to make the city the "wrong" way. I haven't started a new city since my ruined first attempt until yesterday (which I hilariously botched) because I'm afraid I'll get ruined by being bad at traffic.

Yes, this game is hard as fuck. As good as I normally am spatially traffic is my kryptonite.

Ahahaha I used that as a template and made a really nice thruway to get into and out of the city and zoned it and was all set to go, and then I unpaused it, instantly went into debt, and noticed I hadn't connected the power lines properly and given water to all the residential I zoned. Instantly fucked, ruined all the intricate road work. I just need "starting road template" so I can start with the confidence of knowing I won't be ruined 90 minutes from now.
