I really liked the Sessler review.

I like P Rot more than probably any other modern fantasy author, though I personally wouldn't care for him working on this, and if he did it wouldn't make me want to play it more.

I stopped watching Gurren Lagann when the dude died and the new chick showed up because I didn't care about any of the characters any more. I might give it a second shot though, I just really didn't like the new girl though.

Don't the majority of online games with xp systems have micro transactions for xp boosts? I know most f2p MMOs and Lords Managements do, so I don't find it surprising that this does either, even if it isn't F2P.

I got SR3 in the humble bundle, but haven't ever actually played it. Is it fun by yourself? I've always assumed that SR games were meant to be played co-op, but I could be wrong

My favorite carries are Luna and Gyro and anyone else I can get HotD on and just stack and farm ancients all the time.

That's basically how it is with my friends and CS 1.6 since CS:GO was released.

Yeah I was originally thinking of synchronous game play (hence mentioning Roll20) , but wasn't sure how timing would work with people, though if it's on the weekend it probably wouldn't be too big of an issue.

Would anybody be interested in trying to get together some sort of tabletop rpg game? Either pbp/asynchronous or using something like Roll20? I've been watching videos of people playing things like Pathfinder and it makes me wish I had friends that would be willing to play, but they definitely would not.

I really wish The Simpsons would get added to Netflix. Every other Fox comedy is on it, but no episodes of The Simpsons. Even if they just added the seasons over 10 or 15 years old that would sure be swell.

I was watching a stream for Arma 3 and saw this. It makes me want to get this game. Also the timing of the music at the end was awesome and a complete coincidence.

My uncle still plays Ultima Online. Like all day every day.

Just ask if anyone wants to play a game. Usually I just join and say something like "Any thumbs up for a game?" and see what happens. Usually a couple people will want to play, and sometimes a lot of people want to play. Occasionally we have enough to do a full inhouse.

Well from the video he makes it seem like all the writing and concept art for WL2 is done and those people aren't doing anything now, so I guess having those guys start working on something new seems reasonable if that is the case. Edit: and its funded.

Been watching a lot of Dragnet the past two days. It throws me off so much by how it isn't like modern shows at all. I keep expecting twists and stuff, but the guy who they think is the person who did it is the person who did it and that's it. I enjoy that about the show.

If I didn't like the first game at all will I like any of the other AC games? I haven't tried any of the AC2 games since I thought the first one was pretty terrible, but the series seems to be well liked so maybe the games after the first one had significant improvements? Or are all the games basically the same, but different settings
