I have a bunch of CGW magazine covers pinned on my bedroom wall from a billion years ago, like one from when Alan Wake was just announced as this new rad PC game. I love Jeff Green. Yeah I agree. I feel like a huge part of the Joker is that despite the makeup and green hair he still looks human and when you lose that he isn't very effective. It was a big part of The Killing Joke, if he didn't look like a normal human that book isn't as good.

The Cat woman thing was in issue 1 so it was over two years ago, but yeah the quality of the majority of the books being put out by DC is pretty low. The Joker face thing I wouldn't put in the same bucket as the other things, I don't really care for it, but I wouldn't consider it a big editorial gaff like the others. There was the Harley Quinn taking a bath and about to electrocute herself fan art thing though.

Yeah DC currently sucks, I remember when the Batwoman thing happened people were asking iFanboy (one of the better known comic book blogs) why they didn't post about it and the response was that internal problems at DC aren't news anymore.

I have a friend who is learning German by playing games in German like Deponia. When he looks at games on steam the box with the languages in it is actually something he looks at when deciding to buy a game.

Not really, most of the new 52 books are pretty meh, and then some are just bad. Court of the Owls is the best thing there, but I was mixed on it (and I really like Scott Snyder).

What's a good November theme? The first thing that came to mind for me was "family" however you want to interpret that, because of thanksgiving. However we aren't all American so other people might have other ideas for November.

I love both Fatale and Lock & Key. I haven't gotten around to reading the final L&K chapter, I'm assuming it's done by now so I should probably check it out.

I thought Scrubs was really good most of the way through the series.

I don't mind the blocking at all, but everything casting at sorcery speed is a big negative for me.

I still haven't gotten around to playing Apollo Justice even though I liked the first 3 AA games a lot. Are there any other games in the series that have been released in the West? There was a Miles Edgeworth game right?
