Help! Someone who's used Qt.

I'm working on getting a cross-platform program to run on my Windows PC.

Thought someone could give me a hand, I'm utterly lost.

The program file was .bz2 and extracted to a single .tar file.

Apparently I need Qt.

And now I need help putting the two together.

there are windows binaries on sourceforge, so you don't have to worry about qt, make, mingw etc... Follow the download links and simply download the file named "vmpk-0.2.2-setup.exe" and run it.
