n0wak Posted February 27, 2008 "Posted by Simon Carless"... Confusion. http://www.waxy.org/archive/2008/02/25/forumwar.shtml Andy Baio from Waxy.org attended GDC last week as a Web 2.0/geek culture/game culture crossover' observer, and wrote about it on his popular blog and GameSetWatch. Cigol Posted February 27, 2008 I signed up as Cigol, it's an amusing diversion, very funny at times a little flat at others - but well made and well worth a look considering it doesn't force you into a regsitration process from the get-go. Be interesting to see how it develops, I'm only at level 3 so I've just scratched the surface I suspect.
ThunderPeel2001 Posted February 28, 2008 Also it's PERFECT for playing at work. Isn't there a big disclaimer at the beginning saying that you've got to agree to be ok viewing 'offensive material'?
Cigol Posted February 28, 2008 I think it means offensive in nature. I've not seen anything lewd yet anyway.
toblix Posted February 28, 2008 I guess the most offensive thing I've seen yet is the big "Fitness Faggotry" header.
Noyb Posted March 1, 2008 Up to level 3 until the daily bandwidth limit expired. Seems fun, but hopefully the writing will continue to make up for what seems to be dropping into grind territory already. I'm suspicious of anything that actively limits how much you can consume of it at a time, like my dislike of bubble tea. At the very least, I'm glad to finally figure out what's going on here. Edit: Okay, there have been some entertaining non-grind quests. Finding the right path through a dialogue tree with a creepy paedo, and a text adventure based on R. Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet". Hilarious AND disturbing, which means they got the feel of the internet down right.
Wrestlevania Posted March 1, 2008 The character-generation process has already made me lolz: The last five people who picked that choice had sexual relations with their own mothers. I am not saying you are a mother fucker. The statistics, however, are.
