There's been a massive zombie Troll army at Forgottenbog in every game I've played so far. I'm sure we'll be able to handle it...

It just so happens that we're two people short. Get yourselves over to the site and sign up!

The Dancing Thumb (aka: music recommendations)

If anyone's interested, Klaxons are giving away an EP of unreleased material today over on their website: Landmarks of Lunacy -
Just incase you've not sorted this:

I'm signed up and ready to go.

The sooner we can get a Thumbs game going the better. In my current game, we started off ok but now half the players have decided to stop fighting and are desperately grabbing as much land as they can.

I'm feeling conflicted about these current HD collections

It was released in both the US and Europe. The European release was only available bundled with a SNES though so you couldn't buy it separately. -

I'd recommend any and all of the following: Part of the Weekend Never Dies - Radio Soulwax A Cross the Universe - Justice Kraftwerk and the Electronic Revolution The Filth And The Fury - A Sex Pistols Film (Stuff by Julien Temple is generally pretty good. He's done another Sex Pistols film as well as one about Joe Strummer) I've also heard good things about 'DiG!' and Seperado! although I'm yet to see either of them.

From what I've read, the combat system is one of the things they're really looking to improve on from the first game:

Oh, Witch, that's horrible.

I've logged on a few times over the last week but, like Jennoa, find that there's never anyone else online. The reappearing blocks problem is just making it horrible to do much right now though. -
There's an official post about the game on the Double Fine site now (I've edit my original post to include it): Still no sign of a proper release date yet though.

I've been watching it all day on Amazon UK and things are selling out in seconds. It's crazy. They're meant to be doing 60% off Xbox 360 consoles and 70% off Wii consoles at some point this week.
-
I got it. My region in the UK is supported. I've only ever played a demo of the first AoE. Does that make me sufficiently bad enough to join in?

It would appear as though something's not right. Loads lag just before I disconnected, and now when I try to connect I'm just left suspended in the air for a few mins before getting a timeout error. -
The first round was a ridiculously good match. It's a real shame the stream went down for the second round though. I've seen the opening few minutes of it and it looked like it would be an even better match.

I just watched the cinematic and I can feel myself getting closer and closer to re-activating my account. It's certainly not their best trailer but it does draw you in and get you excited about playing the game again. I don't think I can go back to devoting so much time to one game though, especially not raiding. Without raids, the game doesn't really appeal to me as I like to see as much content as possible. Saying that, I'll probably have caved in by Dec 7th

Sorry. It's Grufff

Whilst you're adding people, any chance I could get in on the action too please?
