Moo. Ok, so i use Downcast on my iphone for podcasts. When i stream a podcast over BlueTooth or USB, the quality is terrible. Very boomy and a fair bit graney. This happens both in my car and on my BT speaker at home. Music sounds fine (played via the default Music app). Any ideas?

Yes a pretty hard rubber mat, i went twice. The kids didn't seem to mind, but i sure as hell felt it! Awesome slide though, it was like 2 stories tall, i had to go running after a 3 year old with no fear!

I've started swimming again as the physio told me to stop running and then to stop walking so much, caus of my dodgey hip. I'm really enjoying it! I haven't been swimming lengths in years. I started at around 350m three weeks ago, and yesterday I got up to 750m and had to get out so as not to be late for work. The first few swims were pretty hard on my weak baby arms, but I'm much more used to it now.

Also, it sounds like your GPS just brought you into somebody's farm...if there was a gate you probably should have stayed in the other side of it!
