My bro just got a delicious electric piano. I'm so jealous, but i can't afford one at the moment:( I'm trying to pick up playing again, so when i go over i spend a half hour practicing. So far i've taught myself two Grade 2 pieces and a Grade 3 piece. I actually have a teaching diploma and grade 8 in the electronic organ from 12 years agi, but looking at the piano grades they look a lot harder than i remember my organ pieces being! Maybe the addition of pedals adds as much complexity to the pieces as the more complicated (looking) 2 hand piano pieces. Or maybe I just misremember and i'm old and crochety. I'm going to be playing (banging?) with my sis-in-law's band. She is trying to get me assigned a slide whistle piece as well, but the current guy is reluctant to give that one up!

I've just been drafted to play tamourine and triangle in a band competition in two weeks. Hitting things is fun:D

I enjoyed the first one for the bus journy fluff that it was. The second one was ok. I wish i had skipped on the third one.

If you are terrible toblix, just team up with someone stronger and surf on the wave of their power until they turn on you and steal your uranium. I'd be up for this time depending I have a feeling it could take quite a while. I'm more versed in civ4 but I'm nearing the end of my 1st game to completion in 5 at the moment. How do you guys keybind your items and minions? I overwrote the item slots to 1-3 like in LoL, but it means i can't micro my minions very easily if i need to.

I think they are generally ok. They go for restoration/stats first and then branch out. One thing i've noticed is that some of the late game items can be very expensive for a newcomer to afford. If you are as bad at lat hits, and die as much as me it might be easier to replace them with some cheaper alternatives (force staff:D).

Her crossed eyes are horrid. is this game any challenge? i do like a good difficult tactics game.

Ah, i usderstand the phase change thing, but it still gets on my tits. I had the extra animations turned off already. Is the Planechase the cards in the middle? i had a hilarious one where we got the 7 cards to the graveyard followed by all your creatures in the GY get put into play. Everyone suddenly got 6+creatures. I was reluctant to roll the dice just to move things along. I think i'll stick to ascention.

I'm getting pretty frustrated with the interface in magic. The horrible phase ticking down times, the need to wait for every bloody animation, the plain old bugs where I can't select a card and the huge glowing card popping up from my hand. Yikes. I'll be holding off on the upgrade a while.

nice one twig. i like when he gets pissed off and wanders off from your chasing game:) I just played with some guys from an irish forum i go to. they all have played lots and lots of dota1 which i hadn't realised before joining. they seemed to be working on some hive mind where everyone else but me knew where we were all supposed to be and what we were supposed be doing. even the 1 pug guy we had was like this. it was somewhat scary, but they were very nice when i randomed alchemist in the 1st match! we won the second after a chat about the strategy we were going to use.

Ya, its very important to know who can rip your face off, and who is just waiting till level 6 to do it. Pro Tip: if any of your opponents is glowing, run towards them for hugs!

He looks sweet indeed. I hope they add a lot of those custom animations like the batrider one (stolen flamebreak below), that would really make him shine. I'm really looking forward to whisp. Can't beat a good support:D

One of the guys on GWJ was raving about Autumn Dynasty so i picked it up. Its pretty swish, but I'm not totally in love with it. Possibly because one of the early levels turned into a drawn out battle that took forever and i eventually just turned it off and went to bed. It has a lot of atmosphere and potential though, so i'll be playing it more. I might have just been in a grump that one day.
