I was walking in between classes laughing like a moron probably worse than I ever have been listening to the podcast before.

That game was definitely awesome, probably one of the games I spent the most time on for Xbox. Haven't beaten Batman yet though.

I may be interested at some point, especially after the Chaos Rising expansion comes out. Have not tried out multiplayer yet, but I love the single player campaign and overall gameplay.

The first I can remember is Sonic 2, but it's possible I played games elsewhere before I owned a console that I don't remember.

Definitely a day one purchase for me, but I am not gonna set myself up to be disappointed. Sonic 2 was the first game I can remember playing so definitely a lot of fond memories with the 2d Sonic games.

Laptop is back! I look forward to the next L4Thumbs game.

Myst is up there as one of my favorite adventure series so I will definitely give this a go. Never played the original online version but I have played the first URU very briefly.

My laptop died (well, the screen won't turn on, but I could still get into windows) so don't expect me to be around for any l4thumbs this week or on Sunday. Had to send it in to Lenovo repair, I'm hoping to get it back early next week. Such torture, especially that it died the day before BioShock 2 came out.

I am trying to get my hands on a BFBC2 beta key without preordering, want to see if it will run smoothly on my PC. If it does I'll probably get it, otherwise it's 360 or nothing for me.

I went ahead and bought the $20 pack, seemed hard to pass up just for Empire and Rome.

Should I get Empire Total War for $13.59, or Total War Mega Pack for $20? Never played any of the games, definitely getting one of the two deals. This is on steam btw.

If we have any classic rock fans in the house, I recently bought Eric Clapton and Steve Winwood Live at Madison Square Garden, and it rocks. I've already listened to it several times, the recording quality is great and they just sound excellent.

Wish I had thought of posting this before, I pre-purchased the other day but had been looking for people to do the 4 pack with. Oh well.

BioShock 2 is the only one of those I'll be getting for PC, I have MW2 for 360. Definitely would play multiplayer with Thumbs.

That is one thing I wish, about the Citadel. I think it would have been cool if it had the exact same map as the one from ME1 to see how much it had changed. The beginning part on the citadel in ME1 is one of my favorite parts of the game.

I thought in general the paragon/renegade system was much more ambiguous in this game than it was in ME1. Even though my imported Shepard was paragon, I wanted to play ME2 renegade as I thought it fit better for this game, but I constantly found myself getting paragon points when I didn't expect them.I would say one of my biggest problems with ME2 was the lack of inventory system and not being able to customize squad mates' appearances. In almost all cases I thought their unlocked appearance was worse than the default and it just seemed lazy to me to use the exact same models with different textures for the alternates, I mean with Garrus why would a different suit of armor still have the damage that his original one does? All that said about the inventory, I definitely liked customizing my own armor much more than the choices from ME1, which all the armors in that game except the N7 armor look like garbage. Even though I like the look of it, I wish there were more options still as the only other suit I got was the Iron Man one from the preorder and you couldn't even remove the helmet on it so I never used it. Sidequests were hugely improved in this game, I played this game to near 100% completion (only skipped 1 or 2 sidequests, explored every planet). They were sooo boring in ME1, I only did a few of them because of this. Also I did not miss the Mako at all. Also, the ending sucks. Especially compared to the moments leading up to and including the fight with Saren from ME1 which I thought was a great ending (pretty rare in games it seems like). My Shepard was a male paragon soldier in ME1, my save had Wrex alive, Kaiden dead, the council dead, and Anderson appointed to the council. In ME1 I romanced Liara, and in ME2 I was torn between Miranda and Tali, but I ended up going with Tali because of the possibility of seeing her face, only to be disappointed. Overall I thought the game was great, I just finished a replay of ME1 so I will be importing that Shepard for another run of ME2 pretty soon.

Yeah that is what I heard, Casey Hudson was on the latest Bombcast and they talked about that. If you import your character, when you select your save you will be able to see some of the key choices that you made, and then when you get in-game, there will be a conversation where you have to select what you did from the first game but if you're wrong, whoever you're talking to will remind you of what you did. If you didn't import your save, that conversation will decide on your Shepard's canon.

I enjoyed the Mask of the Betrayer expansion best out of the 3 NWN2 campaigns, but I enjoyed Dragon Age more than all of them so maybe this doesn't help. ;o Either way you go, I'd recommend going back to MotB at some point.

Talking about Fucking PC Gaming, I bought both King's Bounty games and they both crash either immediately or within 5 minutes of being in-game. :|

Finally beat this game, and overall I liked it a lot, but definitely had some problems with the ending.
