All I read was "SHAkkkeeessssperreeee!" -
Holy fuck eighties matchbox b-line disaster are amazing on this.
-
I completely agree.
-
Seriously get it.
-
Yeah it is from here.
-
Great, it would make sense to PM the topic to those wanting to participate.
-
Mario Kart maybe?
-
Perfectly, if the only slight explanation I could see is that there is a bit of a texture update/engine update for the disc. Which is still Bullshit.
-
There is a demo of it, if that could convince.
-
so with insomnia apparently creeping back, I decided to start playing this again. obscure time signatures and key changes are confusing.
-
Yeah.

Splinter cell Chaos theory is a great example of this, to me at least. You can go in guns blazing or go through the game fairly passively, only knocking out a few people. The game encourages you to not kill people with the scoring system, while not directly penalising you for being violent, other than the reaction of the AI.

I really hope they just fix the AI and leave almost everything else the same, other than a new setting of course. Somewhere in South/Central America would be utterly fantastic or maybe the Far east.

So the otherday, I went to play some TLAD with Groucho, but the episodes disc is not compatible with the DLC.

The street fighter series, particularly 2 and 3. I still enjoy 3, but I'm done with 2 now.

Some pretentious conference-inspired rambling THE THREAD

Exactly, it's the same with almost every other if not all other forms of media: plenty of films are almost exactly the same. where as there are other films which are hard to watch, because of there subject matter, but we persevere with there being something else that encourages us to continue watching. This is of course not to say that that which is different has to be difficult to watch, it is just a link to the article, in what is probably a fairly contrived way. In some ways a few games have been difficult to play, but not in the fact which they are challenging, but there is a barrier which is not easy if even possible to overcome. To my knowledge there hasn't been a game with a subject which fits with this. This is why games are interesting to me, you are a part of the story, they don't need to tell you everything, only imply it. You put your personality into the character, with a game telling you how you should feel, I feel that that is not a way of progressing the medium of games. Which is why Half life 2 seemed such a success to me, I put my personality into Gordon, they explained little about how you should feel, but what they encouraged, particularly with Alyx, you had something you care about, despite it being fictional. This is one aspect of films and games which I highly encourage. Overall to me it seems that games should put you into a character with little personality or agenda, encouraging you to further the narative, with the main characters being NPCs. Breath of Fire IV does this pretty well too, if any of you have played it. Of course this isn't to say I don't like games in which your character has a personality, when I love a lot of those that fit into this exact pidgeon hole. -
Note last night again proved to me that video games don't make people angry, hard work does, mostly futile hard work.
-
I'd agree, it would be excellent to have a calendar on XBL too though.
-
Rad game.
-
Seems about right to me. Ideally I should have a nicer mic than I currently do, which should be rectified reasonably soon.
-
Might make it for a bit, got a midterm tomorrow, so if I do I'm likely to leave early.
-
He said decent. Which to me means pretty much that exact spec.

Favourite games?

Out of curiosity do you guys mix them individually or all at once? Wrestle if you are up for this then I certainly would also be interested in participating. possibly a few trial 'casts would be a good start, I reckon.
