They act as synonyms of one another. Thus those phrases are interchangeable.

You can't expect something to be disappointing, That's saying you expect something to not to meet your expectations, which in my eyes is a contradiction.

Really, really? Do they even know the meaning of the words they use? From the Dark Void review: http://uk.xbox360.ign.com/articles/106/1061690p2.html

Grand Thumb Auto XLVII: Bummed in the swingset
Patters replied to Nachimir's topic in Multiplayer Networking
Yeah, it's been one of the best in recent times. -
I think the game prefers AMD processors, for a change, which is nice.

Happy Birthday Arnol.... Marek!

isn't for me, admittedly at the lower resolution of 1360x768, but I run an AMD phenom II X4 @ 3.2GHz, highest settings it is playable nicely, troughs at about 30fps

Grand Thumb Auto XLVII: Bummed in the swingset

I should be in. -
It's no way near as stupid as my A class Range Rover, though it is ace.

Had another idea for a themed race: F class cars which are upgraded to A class; following Miffy's effort, I put a Golf GTi into A class.

Well my course is: Semester 1 September to December; Semester 1 exams : January; Semester 2: February to May; exams: June.

Don't know if I can make it this week, or next, with it being exams time.

I had the same experience with Andre.

It was £7.50 on the steam sale, one of the few reasons I picked it up.

Just started playing it, after the massive download, seems pretty cool. I really like the combat system, closest to it I have previously used is KotOR. I am really happy that the dialogue included a use of 'shan't' though.

Yeah the requirements are pretty high, it seems to be a very CPU intensive game, I'm running it pretty much at full settings and it never drops below 30 fps, weirdly it doesn't make full use of a quad core processor, if it did I am sure I could run it at a constant 60fps. Though it doesn't change my enjoyment I have had so far, or will continue to have.

I'm not Andy, but, Raped through a hole is usually a good one.

Gamers who only play games in their native language... that's not English?
Patters replied to Tanukitsune's topic in Video Gaming
It's a really weird piece of game design, I cannot see what was behind it. It doesn't seem to be related with immersion, with the games visuals being very Italian. -
Custom campaigns maybe? I'm looking at this and I'm gonna see if it's any good.

Gamers who only play games in their native language... that's not English?
Patters replied to Tanukitsune's topic in Video Gaming
I love how some games which are made by those that speak another language can often include side stuff (similar to the NPCs in STALKER speaking Ukrainian?), however the way Assassin's Creed II covered two languages in conversation frustrated me: I usually play games with subtitles on, however whenever a character is speaking then transfers from English to Italian the subtitle would read: [English spoken Part][italian spoken part (translated Italian)] where I would prefer [English spoken part][Translated Italian], where the character you play clearly understands it, so why can I not have this mess on my screen. -
Don't get pinnacle station.

No, the game is probably ready for release, it's due to all of the games being pushed to Q1, which is now incredibly busy, now games due for Q1 are being pushed to Q2.
-
It got delayed, again... this is getting silly, with the combination of the Capcom games being pushed back and this, it seems that publishers keep pushing games back, even if it means a net loss during this financial year, hoping the economy will recover by the time the games are released. Splinter Cell Conviction was originally due for a 2007 release, if I remember correctly; while it has been said that development has been restarted at least once, it is still fairly ridiculous. As someone who considers themselves a fan of the series, having played all of the prior games, albeit not the inferior 360/PS3/PC version of Double Agent, it is kind of frustrating with releases being put back this close to release.
