Gizmodo have pretty much consistently been dicks for the past 3 years. Some highlights include: throwing the Halo 3 presskit out of a window then ruining the plot before release and using a TV B-gone at CES 2008 disrupting not only the standard stalls but also formal presentations. They are essentially the Destructoid of Tech blogs.

I saw a documentary on something similar a few years back, I have no idea why or what, it was pretty horrible for the woman. I don't know how true this is, I hope it isn't for her sake.

No, we play on Xbox live between the hours of 2100BST and 2300BST. Also good game chaps. -
Anywhere that does PHDs.

Yeah, I main him, with Ryu, Bison being other favourites, I'm likely to pick up a bit of Guile, Cody. I'm not very good, though I occasionally manage to pull off something completely rad.

I have it on order for when it comes out over here (Friday), 360, I'm Patters666 on XBL.

I've recently been listening to the Tested podcast "This is only a test". It's really good for a tech 'cast, they do the show live and release it later on in an edited form.

Neither Blur nor Sonic racing clicked for me, the handling felt off. I really like Split Second, I played it last year and it's simply fantastic.

I got the game and put in about 20 minutes, I really wish the Wii was HD. The classic controller pro feels pretty great. It feels very similar to Phantasy Star online, which is a great thing. The version I ordered also included a second head of a different dragon monster, which seems to be of higher quality than the standard one.

It's about a quarter of the staff I think.

I transferred a bunch of Pokemon to HG from Ruby. Having my Groudon follow me is fantastic

Staffs don't tend to hurt, unless you hit certain areas, most of the head, toes, etc. Or if you are me and decide it's a good idea to use a mahogany pole instead of a staff, that was more of a weapon though, it span at a fantastic speed though. I haven't ever used fire for both financial reasons and the stuff I do would set someone on fire. I'm planning to build a new prop in the coming weeks, sort of a hybrid between a staff and poi, I built a single tailed one a few years back, I don't know how well it's going to work, which doesn't matter. The basic build will be a hollow metal pole with string running through it attached to 2 tennis balls.

So I'm essentially brute forcing some coursework out (intentionally IGNed). Having missed a load of relevant lectures due to being ill a month back and having awkward to read notes, trying to figure out what the hell is happening, so far it seems to be working, which I really hope continues. Tomorrow is going to be horrid though, both this coursework is due and I have a midterm, on top of that I have a £500/$800 deposit to put on a house, expect a drunk Patrick in GTA.

Neither can I, and I'm doing a maths degree...

I tend to agree with this, though with Forza 3 I take an exception, the VIP car pack has since been released on the marketplace and a continuous effort has been made to give those with the VIP car pack an enhanced experience, without reducing that of those without.

A reasonable amount, at a young age you have very little to no control, though as you get older the control you get increases. Specific things you can do are: choose activities, budget, invest/borrow money, get involved romantically, get married, have kids, adopt, emmigrate. Along with these random events happen, such as a friend neighbour getting in trouble and you could help them.
