Idra doesn't smile, I mean ever. He doesn't have emotions above saying his race is underpowered. He simply has terrible game sense. I don't know about cross release with Reach, unless the put the Halo CE Pistol and The Halo CE Warthog in the options for multiplayer Reach. Otherwise it won't feel like Halo CE, the Reach pistol and Warthog have a bunch of differences which define the separate games.

You couldn't have spent a couple of years playing Quake: Goldeneye 1997, Quake 1996. Goldeneye introduced so many people to multiplayer shooters, if you didn't play it at the time with 3 friends crowded around a tiny CRT TV after school you will never get it. Later this lead to Halo, which along with Splitscreen also had system link allowing bigger games. Halo and Goldeneye are some of my most played games ever because of this. I've never had many problems with respawning enemies or omniscient enemies in fc2. I spent so much of the game swimming and so little in vehicles. Stealth is very viable if you play it right, killing isn't always needed either. Sliding is very useful in getting between bushes.

Buy Chaos Theory, it's one of the best games ever made and is on the Steam sale.
