once again, still stuff to read to quell my growing unease at not being able to play the fucking thing.
-
ah feck off. Schafer's never failed us before. I did laugh when I read that though.

Yeah I thought about that, but pixel-hunting mightn't be as fun with the tiny screen. Maybe there's a way to make it work.
-
taking international orders too. Eeeexcellent. 1 hoody 1 signed game 1 floaty pen I'll probably be back for more.

so, I relented and got an xbox. One thing about Halo that I haven't read is that it's very much like the Turok games. So far it is. I enjoyed Turok 1,2, and Evolution. Nice level design, stylistically individual. And flying dragons is fun, even if the implementation was a bit plastic. Ive got halo and outrun2 so far, and Im gonna look out for Ninja Gaiden and Otogi.

don't worry. on the customer registration bit, it has finland on the list. It also has Ireland. Excellent. Trust you guys to ruin the big announcement surprise for me.

postulation: double fine's next production will be a massively multiplayer adventure game featuring all your favorite characters from everything you ever liked, with Tim Schafer somehow inhabiting each and every copy of the game so he can decide how best to make you, personally, laugh your ass off constantly for ever.

looks like I'll be getting an Xbox purely for this game. It runs OK at 800*600, but I don't care. I want both and seeing as I am a rich bastard I will get both. plus:

I agree. No, but the guitar version was SUPERMUNGOUS!!!. bling bling (coins clattered into inventory haphazardly misfocused) -
OK games are the last thing on my mind. This is a good thing. <Brain dump> why not? what's the problem? Why's he so much better than me? Fuck you and your stupid dog too</Brain dump> Now I can relate <you can't rhyme if you can't relate> Chris Crawford. Dirk Scheuring(SP???) They know what to do. I don't. If you really want to make computer games a recognised art form, you've got to do it big style. SELL OUT. It's not a difficult thing to do. Just make a game based on 13 year old girls and their daily habits.

postmodern and racist at the same time! nicely done. -
GTA San andreas. How did you do the missions?
baconian replied to Godte gompen's topic in Video Gaming
that's fucked up. I finished it second try, although just barely (best way!). Any advice I give you would be patronising (edit:actually, have you tried moving slightly away from the carraige, to give him a better firing angle?). But what do you think of the new clone wars cartoons? excellent, I reckon. -

man that's a shame. The game really opens up later on. Were you doing it the same each time? Did you read some walkthroughs? There's lots of them.
