Hahah, you're going to love this, Miff. To make medicine:
-
Yeah, although I myself love all of Rabbids to bits for its sheer manic...ness..., the general game didn't seem to have the "Oh-I-can-play-this-ness" that, say, Wii Sports/Play does when I just show them to my brother and his wife. But, the Rabbids shooting bits? Genius. "Shoot with this, shake this to reload, play together, you guys are set." It was hilarious watching them play the shooter in co-op. I would really like to see a whole game dedicated to a polished version of the shooter sections (preferably starring the Rabbids). The comedy potential is IMMENSE.

'parrently you can use a freeloader to play those extra...terrestrial? GameCube games that you can't get locally. I haven't tried it myself yet (been too busy playing my Wii library) but I've heard it from a pretty reliable source that it works. And remember, the Wii is basically a 'Cube anyway.

The Miis are great - it's fun to see Ema Skye and Phoenix Wright watching me play tennis.

Time for kitten images already?

What miffy said. I'm not just going to add you because you say "HAY GUYZ PLEASE ADD ME", especially if you only have one post. Who the hell are you? I mean, I know most of the other people who have posted their codes here (well, except for Git Force Gemini, but I added them because they have one of the best names ever).

You can call 'em up again, but you need to romance them again. When they're romancing, you can click on the house to take a look. I'm fairly sure that's how you do it, at least. I love the Twingersnap's dance. And also that the Crowla's house is GHOULHAVEN HALL.

Pretty sure you need four buttercups in your garden to get one to reside. I mean, duh. EVERYONE (who watches the show?) knows that!
-
You should see the FRIGHTENING BUZZLEGUM HIVE. Actually, no, no you shouldn't.

- Ape Escape 2 or 3 (I'd recommend 3 if you have a PAL console, I found the UK voices for that one to be hilarious - it also has "Mesal Gear Solid" as a bonus game). - Flipnic is a pretty cool pinball game if you can find it cheap - Klonoa 2 if you can find it - a very nice classic 2D platformer - Mega Man Anniversary Collection if you're NTSC and like the Mega Man series - PaRappa the Rapper 2 (not as good as the first one apparently, but I played this one before the first one and like it better. Go figure) - Primal (A touching story of a girl who finds out she's part demon, and the gargoyle tagalong partner that accompanies her) - Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando/Locked & Loaded (The best of the three, in my opinion) - Rez (good luck with that, yeah) - Lumines Plus (if you don't have a PSP, and don't want to be raped by micropayments on the 360) - Any of the Sly Cooper games, they all seem to be a winner That's all from my list that I can reccommend. The rest is just stupid crap, like the PS2 version of Altered Beast and Rampage Total Destruction. Although Jackie Chan Adventures wasn't half bad.

I would add Men in Black II: Alien Escape because I worked on it, but I won't, because it's godawful. Go for: - Sonic Mega Collection if you don't want to spend monies on Virtual Console (especially if you are in PALville, you'll get the awful slow ports of Sonic) - Mega Man Anniversary Collection and Mega Man X Collection if you like your Mega Man but again don't want to spend monies on Virtual Console - Kururin Squash if you like fun - Luigi's Mansion if you want a cheap game that is actually more fun than people let on - Pokemon Channel if you can find it for REALLY cheap, like Pokemon, and want the most surreal experience ever - Super Smash Bros. Melee if you can't wait for Brawl and/or you don't know what all the fuss is about END COMMUNICATION

This is agony, I should have my console by the end of the week. SHOULD. Listening to this latest Thumbcast is not helping, "Oh hey I looked at my console and it was flashing and someone had sent me an email, and I have hitler on my Wii, and I think I can see Jesus too and" GODDAMMIT I WANT IT NOW
-
I can't think of anything clever to say about that, so here, .

Phantom Hourglass? More like Phantom WHORE-ASS. Still, it got delayed for a year, thank god, now I can't be horribly poor.

I got my finger pointing stylus when I bought the limited edition Jap version. Of Phoenix Wright 1. Which came with a manga comic/art book, and a sample CD soundtrack. God I love Japan.

The mobile phone game is done by some 3rd (8th?) party. Obviously they wanted to make a Sonic game, but couldn't. Looks wierd, but man, if it wasn't on a mobile, I would probably get it.

Nah, more of a horrible exchange rate deal. At the current rate: 100.00 Aussie dollars = 39.9088 Pounds

Dear BooJaka, Please do not get Ristar, it's like Kid Icarus (Doctor Jesus?) in that it has a tiny group of cult fans that really love it, but the reason it never sold well was because it was actually quite awful. True story. And for the hundredth time, if you want a co-op game, get ToeJam and Earl! It was designed from the ground up to be two player, with the addition of one player mode later. It's got some great music, great enemy design (read: lunatic dentist and armies of ducks which launch tomatoes via a mortar) designed by Steve Purcell. You know, that Sam and Max guy. But please don't get the second one, it's less good. And for all that is good and holy, avoid the third (Xbox) one like the plague, it's like vomit concentrated onto disc format. Another nice solo game to get is Buster's Hidden Treasure. Nice clean fun. Oh, and quackshot Quackshot QUACKSHOT. It's short, but genius. Castle of Illusion is a bundle of joy too. Contra: Hard Corps might be worth a look too - it's stupid hard, but side-scrolling kill-things-fun action. And one of the playable characters is a werewolf who wears sunglasses and says "It's payback time!" ...payback for what, I wonder? oh Oh OH!! And Crusader of Centy/Soleil - that's a great top-down action adventure in the vein of Zelda.

Wow, so Holland's game industry is like Donkey Kong? I'm sold! One thing that concerns me about the UK is not the (acid?) rain, but instead the fact that if I travel there, I automagically lose 2/3rds of my money. Awesome. Otherwise, I'd be there pretty quickly, I reckon. Canamadia sounds like the best bet so far.
-
I've still got Rayman 3 for GameCube, actually - I'll check it when I get home from work and give you a STATUS UPDATE.
-
I'm actually planning to go to Canada next year with the folks for a holiday. I think it might be an idea to brush up on the devs over there and do some scouting while I'm at it. I'd also catch up with some friends, and if I'm in anyone's area here, I'd love to meet you too! Once I get some more concrete details, I'll let you all know.
-
I had both of the Rayman 3s, but I didn't know there was a 2D madness 2! I did all of the secret extra GBA levels which were super hard and were downloaded from the GameCube to the GBA though. Those were awesome.

You sir, are a genius. I also love the pun involving "ring" (hopefully it was intentional).
