I took the cork to swansea ferry once. It took a long time, but it was worth it, just to get out of cork. Mind you, once I was in swansea I got back on the minibus and slept through wales. It was that interesting. ;

I'm looking forward to this a lot, I loved the original even though I was terrible at it, usually ending up as a pauper. Hopefully it will have the same feel as the original.

I've played plenty of games, unfortunately that includes halo. I found it incredibly boring. Some of the levels were so similar that I'd thought I'd played them before. Ok, so maybe it isn't the worst game ever. But I don't think it's half as good as everybody makes it out to be.

Ahh... this takes me back. I remember making terrible Duke3D levels with a friend years ago. I also remember distributing a porn level via floppy (har har) to my friends before I had the internet. I don't remember the intro either.

Halo?! Halo is without a doubt one of the worst games I have ever played. It's linear, repetitive and dull. How this game managed to become so grossly overhyped I will never know. Anyway, this is about the best games. I'm quite partial to a spot of Project Gotham Racing, particularly if it's accompanied by music I've ripped to the hard drive. I quite liked Medal of Hono(u)r. Don't tell anybody, but I liked Buffy (the first one).

I had a go at tribes 2 when it was released for free a few months back. I really really didn't like it. Perhaps it's one of those games which needs to grow on you, an acquired taste maybe. It seemed too slow, the vehicles weren't great and I seemed to spend most of the time walking about or dying. The other day I downloaded the Tribes vengeance beta, because Thrik kept banging on about it. How it was much better than Tribes 2 etc. The gameplay seems improved, it's faster for a start. The vehicles are a bit better, earlier today I managed to land the gunship(whatever it's called) on Thrik's head during a match ;D It still has a steep learning curve, but I think on the basis of the beta the full version might be worth a look.
