Hmm. And I'm guessing that unboxing her has nothing to do with the resurrection hub? Guess in her specific case, the consciousness is held off site. Anyway, I find the whole thing awfully convenient. A centralized resurrection ship for everything? Haven't the cylons heard of peer-to-peer?

Oh man. I just watched the last two episodes in a row. I missed them cause I've been so busy. And now I'm forty minutes away from the new one, making it three in a row. Things are certainly getting wonderfully fucked up. Aww fuck, was that the previous one the half season finale? Nothing's on today. No. wait. It's a one week break. wtf

The Flashbulb is cool because he, himself, upped his album to some "key" torrent sites and asked for donations if people liked it, basically taking the label out of the equation. So, yeah, if you do like it donate some money to the dude. I've been listening to some... seriously hipster stuff lately. After getting my fill of super-minimal electronica I guess I wanted something a little more flamboyant (but about equally pretentious). I feel like I should get some ultra-tight jeans and white rimmed sunglasses now. HEARTSREVOLUTION.Good, though no full album yet. Kinda similar to Crystal Castles, except without that whole steal music from chiptune artists thing so I can listen to it without any guilt. Shitdisco Isn't it too soon for the second coming of Franz Ferdinand? Some good tracks though New Young Pony Club listen The Kills Liking it but have to listen some more before giving a verdict. And I like a couple Battles tracks though I honestly never understood the orgasm that Pitchfork had over them.

HERE'S A NEW ONE FOR YOU

Meh. I'm an atheist--a web developer.

I'm putting this thread into my organizer (head) so that in two years time I can bump it in an ironic manner.

The point is that you work with what you have to make something good. I scored with my last one but did a bunch of others I didn't upload so it's not like I'm getting 100% quality here. The whole thing is meant to be a design/typography exercise too, if anything. Here's one I just did

Hey guys, here's anal bum cover: This one worked out nicely.

That series of photos is great. It seems to get linked and relinked every few months and I enjoy looking through it every time it comes by. I've recently enjoyed George Steinmetz's photography. A lot of it he takes from a motorized paraglider. Also Kim Rugg's reorganized newspapers are pretty nice PS. check my Tumblr and go back a few pages. (I should probably note that it is potentially nsfw)

If by "influence" you mean "outright thievery" then, yes... Which is a shame cause I liked them too, before it became apparent that they are total dipshits.

Oh. That makes sense. Yeah. I shall avoid doing that from now on. But yes, I'm still pretty early. Still doing things for Vlad and Roman. I'm definitely liking the city more and more as I become familiarized with its environs. it certainly has a kind of character that none of the other "open world" games' cities ever had. Wish I had more time for this now. Christ. 30 hours already? I've been too busy with work and quadruple overtime hockey games.

I'm getting deja vu. Saw this on yayHooray. Hey, you guys looking for some flash game makers? Freelancers? I'm doing a few games right now on the side and looking to keep doing it while I travel/live in Europe this summer and am open for more work (and might have some to provide myself if all goes well.)

Note to self: do not go for a joyride with a car along the subway route. Doing so will result in immediate six star beatdown.

This is the most people I've seen playing the same game at the same time in the life of the 360 (there's like three more not showing. Save for the one person playing "Eternal Sonata", I had ten of eleven online people playing GTA IV). Not even Halo 3 came this close. Guys, I think this game is selling a few copies. I only managed to play a couple missions (stupid work). Went out on a date too. Bowling. It's sad that I get more dates in Liberty City than the real world.

My only complaint was that I'm becoming more and more annoyed at the way Rosalyn is behaving, with her speeches of self-righteousness and self-worth Seems to be in-line with how the personalities of the four known cylons are developing (maybe Anders less so, but maybe not--kinky sex might bring out the cylon "senses" out of him as it did for what's-her-name). Just sayin'. And no, I don't think she is. Maybe.

HEY MOVIE FANS I HAVE SOME GREAT NEWS
-
 To Lasagnacat. The music montages in particular are so brilliantly bizarre. Also check out the Final Fantasy nod in one of them. Out of all the "remix"ed Garfields (including that one generator that mixed together random panels), my favourite always remains:

Like I said, it's more of a "hope"ful wish than a prediction. I'd prefer if the show ends on more absolute terms. Ending back at square one, which is where it could definitely go, would be lame. So, a Babylon 5 fan then? ¬¬
-
So then you are very happy about the Pens' performance, yes? I'm on the same boat as you. This is the best time of the year for TV. Meaningful, great hockey games EVERY EVENING. Oh yes. And soon there'll be NBA playoffs too.
-
It sounds like some of you have been playing too much Mass Effect lately:shifty: Anyway, it's sometimes hard to negotiate between what is our lack of knowledge of the plot and actual holes in the plot, which are often very large in shows heavy on the mythology. I like the cyclical idea, but it's been done and I'm not entirely sure if it fits with what the show's been doing so far. Sure, there's the whole "resurrection" thing with the cylons but somehow I feel -- or maybe hope -- that the ending to this show will be more absolute than that. As long as they don't spring some weird Baltar goes to Earth and becomes Jesus or Adam and Eve or some weird Mormon religious bullshit (thirteenth tribe and all that, not to mention the Mormon connections in the original series) in the finale, I'll be good.

Go play Ikaruga instead. THAT will definitely bring you to tears.
-
Yeah. There's a whole subgenre of these games, as the above link points out. The first one I remember was flash but ASCII based. It was weird and ridiculously hard. I'd rather play Ikaruga. (Oh. duh. He links to it: http://blog53.fc2.com/k/king75/file/owata.html with the ASCII Pedobear and all)
