Sorry. Twice in one unit was a bit much.

Like Stevan. EDIT: Ah, new post. No no, Tintin ain't that deep. And besides, Tintin doesn't fight crime. He just accidently gets himself caught up in fiercely thickening plots. Like all the best heroes do. I think that sexually, Tintin is a little confused. Like Stevan.

That's fucking hilarious *and* appropriate.
-
Aye, Tintin is very young-looking. I think it was in Land of the Black Gold... when Tintin dresses as a young boy to get to sneak in to the bad guys' house... I didn't realize it was Tintin in disguise for ages. I thought it was a 12 year old kid or something. He's also very short, which makes him look a lot younger. I always thought his height was cool, though. I don't know. I don't imagine Tintin being tall, or even average height. It was better for sneaking about. And it also subconciously made us think of Tintin as the brave defender of the underdog or something. Like in, uh... Prisoners of the Sun, when those big guys are kicking that Short Round kid about... Tintin stands RIGHT in front of them, and is about half their height. It wouldn't have been as cool, or looked as brave, if Tintin was taller, or even looked older.

Trep for Drama Queen.

In Japan, you pretty much can't do fucking anything unless you're the Chosen One.

I wish I could make each and every dying wasp watch Attack of the Clones before it died, but I don't think it quite understands pain on the same level as humans do. I don't like wasps.
-
No way. The fun part is to hear the PING as they fly across the yard and then, you hunt down their little writhing bodies, and put them in a jar with some crushed lorel leaves, which releases cyanide into their lungs. And if that doesn't kill them, they'll all sting themselves to death. Have you ever searched for a single dying wasp in a huge yard full of yellow-brown pebbles? You can almost taste the blood. The yellow, pus-like wasp blood, that is.

HAHAHA!!! And finally, somebody figured out how much fun it is to PING wasps with badminton racquets. I don't think an electric version would be as fun, somehow.

Okay, I'm going to complain about that show a LITTLE more. It mentioned that LucasArts had lost some of the magic in recent years. It KEPT mentioning the 'downward spiral' or something like that, while playing a clip of Ben crashing his bike in Full Throttle. It seemed to be suggesting LucasArts was indeed a magical, awesome company back in Ye Olde Days. And then it ended. WTF? I thought it was going to go into the LucasArts staff layoffs, and the relentless production of Star Wars Tripe, and the slow halt in the production of Adventure Games, the genre that LEC was built on! And what the hell? How many seconds of Grim Fandango did it show? It seemed to start off with the intent of showing how crap LucasArts has become, and then halfway through it forgot what it was about and just ended it with a picture of George Lucas. I found it appropriate that it all began and ended with 'Mister' Lucas. I guess his kids must like Star Wars games a lot.

Well, maybe so. But can anybody defend the way that guy pronounces the title of MI2? LAY-chucks RIV-enge?

Slightly off topic: Yahoo seems to feel threatened by google and Gmail, because it has recently been posting a lot of bitchy news stories about dear Google...

The guy doing the voiceover needs to be shot. It was an incredibly shallow show. It skimmed over the surface.

"Tim Schafer works his magic again with The Curse of Monkey Island and Grim Fandango..." Choh. http://scummbar.com/resources/downloads/movies/IconsLucasarts.WMV Also, in the end, there is something creepy about the way they present George Lucas.
-
Okay, I downloaded a show on LucasArts, but Tim Schafer wasn't in it. On the other hand, he was mentioned more times than anybody else, including George Lucas. And for some bizarre reason, he got credited for Monkey Island 3, AGAIN. You would think these guys would do their research. Dave Grossman was in it though. So it was all worth it.
-
Hahaha, that Googlisms thing is hilarious. tim schafer is doing something NO SHIT!!! In other news: Chris Remo is an idiot.

You guys are gonna be so sorry, when you find out my true identity. Oh wait, somebody already did that, didn't they?

Man, I would LOVE a gmail invite. If only I wasn't an orphan, and could afford to bribe the gmail employees and such. Lots of Love, - Yufster@yahoo.com

As soon as he found out I'm not Ron Gilbert, he proceeded to hate me on the WOMI forums. He says I accused him of plagarism...? P.S. Why does everybody always assume I'm drunk?
-
Oh man, I really want to offer about fifty reasons for why I disagree with that statement, but I am far too lazy. Just let it be known that I disagree big time with that statement. The Nintendo BS is hilarious by the way.

Whoops, double post. Anyway, I'm off to work now. Look! I'm psyched already!

...Have you ever considered buying a new Laptop? There are plenty of pay-options you could go for too, including Credit and Interest-Free. Spread the cost! Would you also like to consider our extended warranty? And a surge protecter? And some clearance items? And you're going to need a battery charger with that. And anti virus. You'll NEED the anti virus. It's $34.99. Yeah. And you'll need some ink cartridges with that printer. Oh, that's right, you're going to need a printer, too. And a USB cable. No, none of the printers come with USB cables. Now, how are you going to pay for that? Credit? Cash? Credit Card? Cheque/check? Oh, speaking of which, Stevan, are you going to buy that Sony 3219 with a fifty year extended warranty today?
