I had issues talking in one of these sessions, and it turned out it was the batteries getting too low in my wireless controller (even though the controller functioned perfectly).

Damn... Maybe I should check that out. It's incredibly frustrating to see ideas I've wanted to see realised (I've got pages of notes somewhere inspired by my frustrated attempts at playing X2) - only to see that I was right! I'm still waiting for the ultimate "Space Trading" game... They're either far too technical and fiddly (the X series) or too linear (Freespace). There's such an awesome opportunity for someone to make an MMO in space that lets people create their own clans, jobs, factions, whatever. People could actually join the police and start hunting down the pirate players.... *sigh* I've wanted to see this game made for years.

Got to say I wasn't a fan of KOTOR's ending... it felt rather rushed and unsatisfying to me. Still, I can't really argue with the rest of the list so far... Tim Schafer does endings very well it seems! I really loved the final (mini)chapter of Monkey Island.

Hmmm. I like the sound of A Life Well Wasted and Hardcore History, I'll give them a shot! This thread was a good idea. A friend of mine recommended Blast The Right, although I've not listened to it yet, I do trust his opinion. Also, has anyone listened to Dan Carlin's other podcast, "Common Sense"? Just wanted to hear opinions on it.

Actually I'm not as fancy as I thought... My binary is obviously a bit rusty - it is 31 in binary! (Toblix was being fancy!) Doh.

You could go the other way and start using "wo" to mean "will". If it catches on then "won't" would make perfect sense. What wo you do?
