Hey, I thought it was great. It was close to becoming something that could turn viral, if you ask me. So close, in fact, that I listed possible ways to improve it. (I wouldn't bother if I thought it was miles away.) Pretty amazing that you did it all in one day, too. A note on the acting: I didn't think Samantha was massively better, actually. She had more range, but that almost detracted from the "documentary" format. I'd consider using the trick they used on Larry Sanders: Get people to run through their stuff quickly, over-and-over, until they're not thinking about it. I'd say you kind of want to not act. If you know what I mean. Because the comedy comes from you being normal (just like it does in The Office UK or Spinal Tap or Larry Sanders). Anyways, I over-analyse things like this all the time, and it's probably not helping, so you should just ignore me. All I'm trying to say is: I think you could all be excellent in it, you don't need to be actors. Bottom line: Keep going!

I popped into it just now and I think I'm a fan. It was... otherworldly. Didn't meet any scary bad guys, though. -
So how long do you want to work in the US for, Mr Poo?
-
Is this correct? Because surely the client doesn't use a browser cookie to verify online play? Ah, good to know.

I just noticed The Count has a seriously bad case of OCD. And we all enable him!
-
Haha. Those videos are great!
-
Changing your password wouldn't fix this, as your session token wouldn't change, right? In layman's terms, if someone got your cookie, they could order you a buttload of games.

Yes, legally getting into the US has never been easy (despite was US citizens seem to think), and I'm sure it's even harder now.

Ooh. There's one at the top of TP Tower. I've never been in the Nether before. Interesting. -

Yes, I think the sarcasm comes from the fact that humans can't survive without water for a week. Yet we're talking about the Pacific Ocean... and the vast majority of Japan's water supply does not come from the sea.

Wow. No more Northbridge. Well there you go. Thanks for that -
Very good indeed! It's very close to being brilliant, in fact. Well done. Um. Ways to improve it? The graphical stuff is good, the acting... not great. Not terrible, but could be improved. The story is what made it interesting, and made me keep watching. I'd say do more of that. Nothing massively convoluted, though. Just more drama. You could have added stuff about Sonic feeling guilty about leaving his old partner behind, and that's how Tails got involved in Sonic 2, for example. (I'm a sucker for characters and story.) Technically the SEGA guy's backdrop could have been less bland, and the audio quality wasn't great (echo-ey rooms). Funny stuff. Would definitely like more

Arg. What a pain! Hope you get it sorted!

The film is made by a straight man, for a predominantly straight male audience. Women don't generally go into battle wearing stockings and suspenders. Even Synder said that the reason they were dressed like that was to try and make the audience think about how they were viewing them... which just rang totally false. They were dressed like that because it was titillating. Just like the reason they fought giant robotic Samurai: It's exciting. It had nothing to do with the story. I wouldn't have too much issue with this sort of exploitation, except it's aimed (in this case) specifically at 13 year olds... That's where I start thinking. "Hmm :hmph:"

I see. So why tell Kingz to wait until this technology had been implemented before buying a new machine? -
Yes. As in, to quote Mr. Synder, "People said 300 was homophobic... but, c'mon! It's the gayest movie ever!". Well, they weren't really in a brothel, for one thing, but secondly, why did they remain scantily clad in their own fantasy sequences? Are you saying that you think they liked dressing like sexual slaves?
-
Amusingly he also described 300 as the "gayest movie ever". Which cracked me up.

I concur. Ugh. What an asshole. (Although he has a cool voice.) The money isn't "unaccounted" for. They're just having difficulty figuring out how to distribute it. That's a serious and real problem, and his asinine solution isn't doing anyone any favours, so he should probably just shut the fuck up. Also, "people shouldn't use water for a week" because they're Iodine contaminated water into the Pacific Ocean...? The guy is an idiot.

Sucked Punch sucked. It's true. (Although I did enjoy the Samurai battle.) I was at a screening with Mr. Snyder doing a Q&A at the IMAX. Man, does that guy waffle. I don't know if he was nervous, but you'd think the guy who'd wrote and directed the film would be able to coherently explain what it was about. What the themes were. Why it's "not" sexist. It came down to: "It's an examination of the genre of action." (I swear that's how he put it.) And why wasn't it sexist? "Because er, some people have said to me it's very 'girl power' -- and anything that provokes a debate is good, right? Also, it's an examination of the genre of action. [He kept repeating himself.] So it asks the audience to think how they see the women, and hopefully makes them question that." To which the person sitting next to me said: "That's like telling a racist joke, and then when someone complains saying, 'It wasn't a racist joke, it was a joke about racism'". Needless to say the Q&A came before the screening.
