Sorry If I hadn't had it signed... Probably not what you want to hear, but: I have a feeling you really won't like it, as there isn't much of a story. It really is just a very deliberate attempt at doing "good" porn. Literally. Like you're supposed to read it when you're feeling horny. When I say "good" porn, I mean something that could titillate a woman, too. I enjoyed it, but I'm one of the few people I know who did. Everyone else I know was expecting a typical Alan Moore head trip/intellectual stimulation. Of course you should read it at some point, though. In better news, I really do have a pretty nifty collection of other stuff, which you're welcome to borrow. Lots of Alan Moore. I would love to read Rasl.

Yep. He sounds like all the worst bosses I've ever had or heard about, rolled into one. What's especially sad is that once these morons have any kind of success they mistakenly believe it's because of, not in spite of, their management style. Which only makes them more insufferable as their ego inflates.

Yep, here in London it's very common for Graphic Designers to work longer hours than they're contracted for with no overtime. Never worked anywhere as badly run as Team Bondi, but I've heard stories, so I can imagine. The film industry is a good comparison, because it relies on the passion of the workers, too. A normal shooting day is 12 to 14 hours. Thankfully, though, shoots tends to be short - a few months, tops, not seven years - and most importantly, they have unions that regulate working conditions (although I'm sure they're not always adhered to). Something needs to be done about these exploitative game studios.

Ugh. Brendan McNamara sounds like a huge ass. I appreciate pushing yourself in order to make something great, but he doesn't sound like he has any idea about people or management or anything. Even less desire to play this game now.

Haha. A HUD would be awesome. Graphics that have genuinely crossed the uncanny valley.

Don't want to mess with the canon, I guess. Still, it would make sense to me for characters to claim different, conflicting origin stories in the S&M verse.

Conversely, people messed with TP Tower and I was quite happy for them to do so. The person who added a light to your cave probably thought they were just being helpful. Either way, I wonder if there should be a sign that says, "no messing" or something for projects people are particularly protective of? Also... Isn't this server going to get re-rolled in a few days anyway? And this is just a temporary one? Are you sure you want to get that protective about something before 1.7?

I'm not sure "strange" is the word. Their QA is pathetic. *stops himself from ranting* Sigh.

RDR has managed to keep its value, it seems. Whenever I check out the second hand price in HMV, it hasn't really gone down in ages. (I think it's still £27, which is pretty amazing for a game that old.) That said, while I could lose LA Noire, I wouldn't trade GTA or RDR.

If only Notch had... I give up.
