Oh wait, I might have been thinking of this: UxNHaxVxqko

I agree it would be super-awesome if they could marry Minecraft's intentions with a single player game, but the way I look at it, this mod IS a separate game... It just uses the Minecraft engine. Sort of like if someone made a sports game out of the HalfLife 2 engine... It goes completely against the original intentions of the game, but is still a valid mod.

Be happy that you don't know. They're horrible things. If you wish to know more, use Google.

If I ever play Deus Ex 3, I'm planning on just watching some tutorials so I can just get past the Boss Battles without giving it any thought.

Thanks, guys. I'm feeling a bit better. Thinking about the pain that the people who I leave behind, helps make me think how selfish it is to focus on your own demise. And also the fact that it's an utterly pointless and unproductive thing to worry about. That seems to do me for today, anyway

I remember this on the Amiga, and it was great fun. I take it this new version continues its playful tone?

Huh. I saw this for sale, like actually for sale, last weekend at my local store. Is it out yet or not?

No words can do that photo justice.

Well, I'm going to write here anyway, despite often feeling the same way. You're all really smart, so maybe you can help. Two nights ago I had a horrible panic attack about my own mortality that took about 24 hours to recover from. The annoying thing is that I thought I was over that shit. Now I'm feeling better, I know that such strong reactions and obsession with those thoughts is not a normal reaction (I've been battling feeling low off and on for many months now). Death is scary, yes, but not to the point that I should be ruining my life worrying about it. (Although I do wish I was still religious - fuck this obnoxious "religious is for idiots" movement. Le sigh.) So thankfully I'm now feeling better I am finding it easier to not obsess about such things, and put them aside to focus on living. But I'm still partially afraid it's going to come back and bite me on the ass again (especially during my upcoming holiday to LA), and also I feel afraid to fully open _that_ box in my mind again, in case it does: I know I can't really intellectually reason my way out of it.

I loved KOTOR, so I think I'm ok with this... Have to see how the multiplayer actually is implemented.

This sounds like a great idea. Maybe there could be some "City Walls" that we could all maintain, like in that mod video Thompson posted. -
Great dialogue... "Farmer: Here, take a bread!" Looks awesome, though.

Yep, I think that's a lot closer to the mark. I remember a stand-up comedian doing a routine that I can't find now, otherwise I'd link to it. But the basic premise was that people in their 20s are just as bad as a stereotypical teenager, and really they should shut the fuck up, because they don't know anything about anything. I found it hilarious when I was in my 20s. Of course, people in their 30s are above ridicule, either... From Judd Apatow's Funny People: If that's true, I'm looking forward to being 40.

Huh. It seems they finally closed that part of their site down... I guess PlayUSA is on its way out, too. Now you just pay via PayPal. Weird. How annoying. There's MovieTyme, but they were always really expensive as I recall. Bummer.
-
As a teenager I should have LOVED it. As an adult I'm kinda... Hmm. It's a bit tasteless and weird.

Mostly you're too negative about yourself and your life. No need.

There is no harm in quoting the links.

Where did this come from? xmdmZZ1dwtA

Aye. I don't have a longterm relationship of any description that hasn't had its moments of problems.

I think the subtitled version would be preferable. Troll Hunter is in the vein of Rare Exports (which I slightly preferred), but still very enjoyable. Probably more so if you know nothing about it (as I did with Rare Exports). Not sure where you live that you'd need to import the DVD. I'm sure it's available in most territories. It recently had a cinema release here in the UK.

Sometimes I'm writing on my phone, and spoiler tags become a huge pain in the arse to move around. Otherwise I do think it's good to leave a bit of context.

If you're right-handed, it's a mirror, if you're left, a photograph (with a backwards keyboard).
