Psychonauts gets a publisher: Majesco

Moos, leave the game alone for a while, okay? Otherwise I'll be forced to discontinue PMing you hot pics of pussies. -
Jayel, try turning off all those pr0n adware programs you have running in the background, and then disable the nude Pamela Anderson 3D screensaver. That might free your system up a bit for the game.

Good. I've always thought that whole 'kill-as-many-crypt-rats-as-possible-to-levl-up' thing utterly stupid and a waste of time. -

Wellll....complicated. Is KOTOR typically RPG in that you have to keep track of stupid numbers and stats and you have to slash everything with a light saber just to level up? That's what I mean. With Fable, however, all those annoyances are eschewed and you instead get visual cues of how you're progressing. -

I'm not much into RPGs. How complicated is KOTOR? And is it any better on PC? I've experienced BG&E on PC. I'm not interested in Jade Empire, but I'm glad something that complex is coming to console. And yes, I AM looking forward to Fable. It looks to be something good for me on Xbox. -

Hey, Xbox is a good thing. Too bad I don't give a damn about any current games for it. I'm waiting for some 'grown up' titles, man. I'm sick of sports and twitch arcade crap. -

Jeezus, that is the first ironic orgasm I've seen, Kingz. Not surprised it came from you, of course. -

Ha! Looks to be like Jedi Knight II force powers in a cartoon setting. -
BTW, wot's the word on the demo they promised shortly after the full game's release? EDIT: Gameshell review is up: 9.4 on the richter scale.

How exactly does it work? There is a mention that it comes with software. Is it easy to configure the control schemes one I have the Xbox controller hooke up? Would I be able to use it on other PC game not ported from Xbox (like GTAIII, for example)? -
Don't you dare! If Kingz finds out he'll have an orgasm and it'll be your fault.

Where can I get an Xbox controller adapter for my PC? What is it called so that I can tell the sales guy? How much does it cost? -
For someone as self-righteous as you, declarations like this don't really help your case when you're railing against others for their opinions and actions. Chris, that wasn't a declaration, that was another fashion statement. [proceeds to beat Kingzlebub with a wet noodle] You did that?! Oh, I love you I wanna have your babies! ..... ..... ....

That should be enough for you to scan the box art and view it on your screen.

But honey, it vibrates. You know.....vibrate? -
I suggest waiting for the demo to be released. That way you can give it a test run on your system to see where your technical sweet spot lies. But from what we know essentially, the game experience relies very heavily on dynamic lights and shadows and physics, ultimately more than bumpmapping and other less critical contributors. I would consider those lesser features as icing, not the guts and blood, in my final enjoyment of the game.

I doubt it, Simon. The concept behind Doom3 is more to intimate the experience, deviate from the original Doom's arcade-y feel and truly remake the whole thing into a dramatically personal horror gauntlet. Thus the tension this time comes not from seeing how many beasties you kill, but from not exactly knowing what's around that dark corner, will you survive the terror? Therein lies the seductive appeal this time around.

I don't even need to buy an Xbox now 'cause I live with my sister, and she got one for her kids when they were in Germany last year (cute, the main console menu is in German). Kingz, console gaming is very different from 'PCing'. For one thing it's much more socially conducive, I'm having the best time with my six-year-old nephew Rizal. He's a big car slut (he'll gawk over anything with wheels) and I'm forcing him to beat all the tracks in Project Gotham Racing, but we take turns. I'm not much into racing games, though. But, there are practically next to no Xbox games I'm personally interested in. Obscure is coming out soon, and that's the only title I'd get. So Psychonauts would probably be the next one, unless my PC (or my sister's) can run it. -
