Vomit is bad for angry tomatoes

I think it's a bit troubling that you buy characters instead of locations.

At least he didn't compliment me on my sweet Grim Fandango tattoo.

He's playing Cortana.

Oh, hey, I like those. He could probably make it an acceptible movie if they let him get creative with the license. Then again, I liked the Super Mario Bros. movie.

Yes, but the point of the story was that I didn't start Tim Fandango, Moos did. Heh.
-
Heh. I tried to correct him but it was noisy. It was at the Psychonauts launch party, and everyone was trying to talk to him. Sorry Moose I am a champion of undeserved kudos.

I met Tim Schafer one time. He thanked me for starting the Tim Fandango website.

Loved this pilot. A shame the Sci-Fi channel optioned it and not a higher-quality network.

Duh, where else would it be?

That "OK go" video is amazing. The mech was a little disappointing, and I'd already seen the ASU video a couple years back. Still good though to see it again though, heh.

I think it would have been better if someone had spraypainted "cookchase.mid", but that's just me.

Sometimes I forget Dan Lee posts here. He is making it difficult to speak for him on these matters.

Along the same lines, a couple years ago: http://justadventure.com/articles/State_of_Adventure_Gaming/March2004/SOAG_March2004.shtm The first graphic in the article after Sluganski's head is a direct rip from Jake's Samandmax.net template. Like, it has the obvious yellow coloring of the rest of the Samandmax.net site. The clipped off hat and ears that you see (or rather, don't) come from the fact that we sliced up images to fit them into said template HTML (see the complete image here). Couldn't JA have just taken the same shot that Jake used from the LucasArts site? Holy fuck. I guess it isn't as bad as just lifting Dan Lee's original art (which Kotaku seem to have credited now, sort of), but it's still annoying.

Wow, I didn't even notice that until now. That seems kind of tasteless.

Best. :woohoo:

I'd like it if it the client dropped some of the graphical flare in exchange for better performance. It's a bit bulky, a stripped down version would be ace.

Wow, I just had a flashback to my high school art class. Those guys all got 'A's too.
-
I'd hoped people would make that connection themselves.

I dug it. I'll buy it. I'm not sure how many people, say, in Europe would be aware, but some Native Americans living on reservations do have a noticeable accent. I think that the actor might be attempting to play on that a bit. The actor, Michael Greyeyes, seems to also be from Canada, so that might add to his "quirky" delivery.

They should do a subtitled version but have some fun with it, like get creative with the "translation".
