Actually, I'll probably convert to web-based mail and bookmarks right the fuck now.
-
Well, obviously I'm hard at work undeleting what I can. It's an awesomely slow process, though.
-
I'd rather not depend on web-based solutions, though. I'll just set up a RAID1 and back up the really important stuff to some secondary location.

That signature was so hot I couldn't resist clicking any of the links! Well, except Mrs. Kidman.

What in the fuck is up with all these new games with their own drum controllers coming out? Oh, and: http://www.shacknews.com/images/image-o-matic.x?/images/sshots/Screenshot/9882/9882_482c5d267c373.jpg

I'm actually tempted to replay BG&E, and I never do that!

Mad World reminds me of No More Heroes, which I didn't buy because I can't get a hold of the proper version. -
Is that it, or are these things so cheap to produce that the higher price they feel they can charge for it makes them need fewer people to actually buy it before they start making money? I thought that Mech game with the controller was weird. Now there's the Guitar Hero controller, the Rock Band guitar and drum kit, the Guitar Hero IV drum kit, the Rock Revolution drum kit. They should make Closet Hero next, or Storage Revolution.

Today I hooked up my 360 for the first time since moving (before Christmas), and continued playing Splinter Cell: Double Agent. It's awesome being back!

But how does the "likeness" level work? Do I have to constantly keep them liking me, so that I have to choose and focus on who I want to keep happy and who I don't care about? Can I lose friends permanently?
-
So, the keeping friends happy bit. How much work is it? What happens if I do it well? What happens if I don't give a shit? To me this sounds a lot like having to eat in games to stay alive... are we talking generic "generated" quests, or do these friends have proper stories and stuff?

What's that, like an erection?

((((((( ))))))) HAPPY BIRTHDAY! ((((((()))))))

So, I've played for half an hour or so: Intro: awesome. When the car was hoisted up in front of the GTAIV logo I felt chills in my bodies. Car handling: I always need some time to adjust to every driving game's handling, but I assume this one is as good as the others? I spent my first twenty minutes watching TV in the game. Good stuff!

So, there hasn't been any updates for this game on Xbox 360, right?
-
Can post something for sale here to see if anyone's interested?

You had to eat to stay alive? I don't even remember that. And I'm the reigning world champion of hating games that make you eat to stay alive.

So yesterday I went to my local EBGames and asked if they had any more copies of GTAIV for Xbox 360. The guy laughed at me and said "of course not! If you write your name on the reservation list today, you'll get it in a month at the earliest." So, then I just walked over to the nearby grocery store and bought it for a bit less.

I think it is hotter with to p's.

I've watched my brother play for about ten minutes, and I'm amazed that there's so little talk about how fucking amazing the cabs are.

Okay, so is this like Zelda, in that there's a weird saving system where you're never actually sure if you have saved the game? Is it different from the previous GTA games?
