I just held up a guy and then knocked (tickled?) him out. Then I found a Playboy in a locker and started to look through it. Just as I figured out how to combine turning the page with the first person view (naturally, three simultaneous button presses to do this), the guy woke up and killed me. Whoa. Hasn't knocking out always been the "good guy's kill", where they're out cold indefinitely? Does this mean I'll have to go around knocking people out and then excecute them?

It's awesome that this thread and the L4D thread are each discussing the other game. Anyway, warm-up survival sounds good. What a great SUGGESTION. It's joinable whenever, right? So I can be there like 20 minutes before and jump right in that's awesome see you then!

Well, I don't know about skilled.

I thought TF2 sucked, and L4D was awesome. Our team was constantly chattering, discussing tactics and giving feedback on each other's performance. We split the team into smaller, more flexible groups of two or three depending on zombie type and we always had at least a couple of different plans prepared before any of us spawned, each one tailored to what we judged to be the most probable developments any given situation would take. No, we didn't chat at all. There was this one guy who said something a couple of times, and then I said something, but I'm not sure my mic was on.

Okay, I just started this, after putting it off for months working hard on my awesome LBP level. Some impressions right from the start: Installation sequence was surreal and awesome. I never know with these games if they know they're being weird. Nice menu screen intro with the start button triggering a gunshot. I actually thought I had started the wrong game when that horrible gym/drug thing came on. What an awesome way to start a game. Any game. The game starts just like the previous one, apparently throwing you right in the middle of the action while "gently" protecting you while learning you to duck, cover and roll, and then more cut scenes. Water melon armor!

And likely more fun.

No, you have to play it to experience it. And you have to buy the game to play it. And you have to buy a PS3, also.

But what of those remaining 5%??? Who will translate the five per cent?
