  1. July 5th

It's Sunday, you dumb piece of shit. Tynwald Day is not until tomorrow. Show some fucking respect.
  2. FUUUUUUCK!!!

Good luck! Let us know how it goes.
  3. La Celle Splintereux: Conviçion

Stand back, I'll translate: Expanding on this enormously popular game franchise, we'll have to pay equal attention to the story, the graphics and especially the tension of the disease. For example, the enemy will approach toilets not remembering his arms because it's so hot. After a while he will coordinate for (money?). We approach the genre saying "on our tombstones will be the come of bastards!" But efficacy, the delirium of the typing error in the movie is impressive... Even with Hocking (and I say this with very criticism of the article "Le Designement avéc le Jouexment Locale de Participerentes Multiples" ) for the main. I remember not purveying the (hidden lady?), but I also [something] the game ;D
  4. This is great. I loaded up the game today to play the level with my sister, and I got an achievement from 5+ people playing the level. It had 10 plays total, which is awesome. Anyway, I learned some important lessons about making LBP levels whilst playing it with my sister: Always make sure the active checkpoint will take you somewhere useful. Always make sure the active checkpoint will take you somewhere useful. Always make sure the active checkpoint will take you somewhere useful. Always make sure the active checkpoint will take you somewhere useful. Also, I found out that desigining a puzzle is weird. I was amazed at how hard it apparently was to figure out the rocket powered sliding color matching puzzle. In the end I had to do it myself. I really feel like I could do another level. It's an exhausting process, but it's really sweet when I log on and see some other people have played it.
  5. La Celle Splintereux: Conviçion

Oh, there's not much anyone can do to prevent me from buying the next Splinter Cell game. Especially now that it seems there are some awesome new features. But, are we understanding you right in that you're involved with the game somehow?
  6. Movie/TV recommendations

So I watched Inside last night and Knowing just now, and I'm not sure what was most horrible, seeing a pregnant woman cut open with scissors or Nicolas Cage trying to cry on screen. After reading that Roger Ebert has said about it, "among the best science-fiction films I've seen", I can no longer respect him.
  7. So, how many actually got this for the 360? I did, and although it's no Worms Armageddon for the PC, it's not bad, and I'd surely like to kill you all in it. Anyone up for some rounds some day?
  8. Trine

I tried the demo, and it seemed to me the gameplay was rather dull, with easy skeletons attacking and rather simplistic physics puzzles. Do the combat and puzzles get better over time?
  9. It's not like A is always the jump button. It may be other buttons, depending on how integral jumping is to the gameplay. I guess firing is considered the "main" action of the game.
  10. La Celle Splintereux: Conviçion

I was just pointing out how this is a typical term in these kinds of videos, and they really don't mean anything -- they added some new features. I'd prefer they cut all the bullshit and get right to the interesting parts. Now i just know that, for every one of these videos, I'll have to fast forward about half-way before they say something concrete about what I can expect from the game. Nicely spotted! I also remember that too, as well, and in that context it's actually pretty cool. They don't show any of that in the video, though, which they should, because it's pretty cool. Yeah, but you can say that about everything, can't you? Why would Sam Fisher need our help with anything in the game, even where to go in the level and which enemies to attack? Surely he would know better how to go about it. I agree there's a limit where you'd expect something to always work, but I don't think it's fair to expect an action game that's very much about aiming and shooting to do that for you. Obviously, but with this now being made so explicit, it's much easier to play off it than trying to interpret the AI guys. It also reduces their ability to "cheat". I'm hoping it will be easy to trick them. I like these games when I can be an invisible, silent death appearing from dark corners. Hopefully I'll be able to play this game more like I did Commandos/Desperados.
  11. That's awesome. Both that it worked out okay, and that they rage quit.
  12. Tales of Monkey Island

    a) That's awesome to the fucking maximum, and Do you know how it ends? Can you tell us?
  13. The Last Guardian

    I like that too.
  14. It just hit me that I made this level for two players, but I've never actually tested it with more than one. There should be a testing feature where you could play as a fat sackboy that weighs as much as two, three or four guys. That way I could make sure all my shit would still work.
  15. The Last Guardian

Can't wait to get home and read it whilst naked.
  16. Big Fish Game Club

Just wanted to warn everyone that, if you have used one of the many free game codes at Big Fish games that circulated a while ago, you may inadvertently have signed up for the Big Fish Game Club (more like Big Shit Fag Cunt), and they could be charging you $6.99 a month.
  17. WTF happened at the end there, suddenly you all disconnect at the same time. That's just rude and uncalled for. Other than that, it was awesome. Especially Officer James' flying car arrest maneuver.
  18. You turn on your Xbox 360, load up GTA IV and make sure you've added at least one of the people who've said they'll show up as friends. The rest should take care of itself.
  19. Uh, I'm basing this on my experience with the PS3 Worms, which I remember to be pretty bad.
  20. I think there are already versions out for both XBLA and PSN, only they suck.
  21. I'll be getting both versions. This is going to be awesome. Any info about what multiplayer will be like (max players, rankings, whatever)?
  22. HOLY FUCKING SHIT ARE THEY MAKING ANOTHER TWO-DIMENSIONAL WORMS GAME FOR THE PC AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ABOUT IT GOOGLE HERE I COME! edit: ???
  23. I love Worms. If there's talk of a Thumbs Worms session, I'm fucking in.
  24. Trine

    I failed!
  25. I'll certainly try to make it.
