WTF? Tolerance isn't going to be created out of repression. When most people are treated badly they learn to treat others badly, being tolerant is a freedom most accessible to the educated middle classes (although not all take it up).

Firstly I apologise for my racist comments, the anger of losing my Sunday evening to this pile of turd film put me back into a Napoleonic war mentality I don't remember shia that well in in indy, I stopped watching it soon after he entered the film (due to the all round rape {thank you matt and trey} of the franchise.)

Saw eagle eyes <yawn mother fucking yawn> who the fuck decided shia lebouef (not going to justify his name with a web search to find out how to spell it) was an action hero, he's the most annoying cunt in the world and every film he is in is utterly dull and generic and he always plays the same geeky hero. IF I wanted to watch a geeky hero I'd film myself triumphantly unblocking the toilet and watch that. I want passion and strength from my action heroes (like Crowe in gladiator) not some reluctant bumbling fool that manages to win despite being a mal-coordinated cocktard with as much courage as a Frenchman.

Woo Hoo new fall season, I've started watching "Sons of Anarchy", it could be a successor to the Sopranos, as it is exactly the same except it focuses on the organised crime of a biker gang in LA instead of the mob in NJ. Don't think it will set the world on fire but it's good. The Mentalist felt like it was trying to be the love child of CSI and House, not great but watchable as time killer. "Raising the Bar" is court room drama about public defenders and prosecutors, it's not very good but I like it, it does a good job of pointing out a lot of the woe of the American judicial system, but the characters are very one dimensional and the story predictable.

Ireland might be worth looking into, no idea what their immigration policy is but have a feel they are trying to expand the their tech industries (don't ask me why I have this feeling) I'd give up on the UK (unless u can find a Brit to marry) as they've changed immigration laws here in the last few weeks (or maybe it is coming in the next few weeks), to get a work permit with a company now they have to show there is a shortage of EU workers to fill the role.

Maybe you are masochist who get off on being ill and the games are inconsequential:mock:.

Just saw Kenny and was about to post about it when I saw yours. Keeping up with my current trend AGREED. Kenny is one of the most likeable characters I've ever seen on film.

I watched the first episode and wasn't completely sold, it was very hit and miss. Mind u I saw the first episode of Boosch and wasn't convinced but then gave it another go a few months later and fell in love. Maybe I make the same mistake with people.

I just finished the reading graphic novel and completely share your sentiments, the thing that impressed me the most was how well the medium was used to convey the story, as far as I can see u'd need a tapestry of main and sub stories to achieve similar effects on film (but then I'm not an uber director). Also agree on your thoughts about the knife. In conclusion; AGREE!

Hahahaha, I'd buy that.

It's an almost inevitable (but sad) consequence the economic downturn, there's a lack cash around so it is only going to go to those projects that are most likely to offer a high return. Sticking to the thread, consolidation should mean that choppy economic conditions shouldn't hit companies as hard, but I guess with their recent acquisitions may have pushed their finances to the limit, then when the credit crunch hit it became more expensive/difficult to get hold of funds to support up their other projects.

Are u saying I'm fat

I'm surprised they were able to show a non-French film in France, well that's sarko's rein of terror for, u have to work more and watch shitty Hollywood movies.

I haven't played my psp since loco roco came out, as I lost my power cord. Can anyone recommended any games, saw WT and miffy talking about MG:acid on another thread, not convinced by the concept but reckon I'll give it a go as it is dead cheap now. Any FF fans played crisis core and got an opinion on that?

Cheers Miffy, haven't heard of lots of those so will go and read up on them. I forgot there was a GoW on the PsP that is a must. -
Reminds me of the alien vs human pvp of AVP2, this has got me really excited (been ages since I've felt like this about a game). Cheers for the foreplay Norfolk

I preferred the more cell shaded style of the intro, but this was one of the few exciting things at E3.
