Monument Valley is free today if you don't already have it.
  2. General Video Game Deals Thread

Monument Valley (iOS) is free today if you don't already have it.
  3. Holy (Hell)Diver - Now Coming to PC!

That's the exact issue I had. The additional content is pretty great, just need a consistent group to play with.
  4. I've been able to do it pretty consistently on the iPhone. Just have to be spinning, so either just jumped or bounced off an enemy.
  5. Best Robinsonade games?

Uh heck yeah count me in for that.
  6. Idle Thumbs PS4 Community

Alternately search for antikewl by PSN name and go to communities on his page.
  7. Idle Thumbs PS4 Community

Joined when I saw someone was in it on my list!
  8. iOS Gaming

Ooh, heck yeah. Been wanting to play waterdeep with people. Edit: waiting on my confirmation email for the forum.
  9. Idle Thumbs Readers Slack & Discord

And I've joined! Maybe this will help me be more active than I have been on here.
  10. The Witcher 3: What Geralt Wants

Just finished this today. For some reason as I entered the point of no return cutscene, I got a notification that I had failed Reason of State, despite having completed the quest prior to getting to this point. From what I can tell, everything that happened in it still took effect, but it jumped from my completed quests to failed.
  11. Rocket League

    This is correct.
  12. Rocket League

One thing that's neat is apparently servers are shared across PC and PS4, but I don't think you can intentionally play with a friend on a different platform. On PS4 you can type using the onscreen keyboard but obviously that isn't very convenient. I'd assume you can also use a USB keyboard. I've seen people send messages that definitely weren't the preset messages, but for the most part, it's either silence or preset messages. Another nice thing is voice chat defaults to push to talk (on PS4 at least) and I guess people haven't figured that out, so the game is blissfully free of screaming children.
  13. Non-video games

I would be so down with that. It would definitely help with people doing their moves wrong and accidentally cheating.
  14. The Witcher 3: What Geralt Wants

Oooh, that's good. I figured because books did, the same would apply for everything else.
  15. The Witcher 3: What Geralt Wants

Nice, I'll have to take a look. At this point, probably. I'm hoping the new update changes that, or indicates things you already own in some way. Really, I'll probably hold off on playing more until that releases.
  16. The Witcher 3: What Geralt Wants

I've been checking when I run into them, but they're kinda hard to seek out since they don't show up on the world map (unless they should and my game is bugged).
  17. The Witcher 3: What Geralt Wants

More so than the ingredients being annoying to get, I think I'm a good way through the main story and there are so oils/bombs/potions/etc that I've yet to see the basic version of, and I've got enhanced versions of them sitting unusable.
  18. Absolutely this. I started Dark Athena right after finishing Butcher Bay and it wasn't very good in comparison.
  19. When I saw the title, I expected awful things, because there are so many bad FPS. That said, that is a solid list. For the Serious Sam games, will you be playing the original versions or the gussied up HD versions? Heck, same for Riddick.
  20. Recently completed video games

Finished Shadow Warrior (PS4) over the weekend. Way more fun than I expected it to be. Still glad I picked it up on sale though. I felt the same with Tengami. So pretty, but so dull to play.
  21. Consolidated ID Exchange

    Added myself to the list.
  22. Planetside 2: When trees attack!

Yeah, I was hoping so too. The main argument they had for doing it on its own was the usual kb/m vs controller is not fair (which is utter crap). I just hope it doesn't prematurely kill this game.
  23. Planetside 2: When trees attack!

I remember reading there is nothing that carries over. Something about not giving people who played on PC an advantage over new players on PS4. How's this running compared to beta? I tried it when it was first available for beta several months ago and it was barely playable. I'd love to have something to play with more people!
  24. Her Story

This is on my list of things to buy. I'll probably end up getting it on iOS since it seems like it'd be a good fit. Anyone else get it on that and can comment on the interface?
  25. The Witcher 3: What Geralt Wants

Look at it this way: you'll probably be finished the game long before the DLC comes out, so just play it again on the higher difficulty when it's out!
