Gpm or total gold differential For differential In a pro game... I don't know. Maybe a weird snowball bank team that can't siege the base, like an anti push opposition. Over 150 games there will be a weird anomaly with +20k-25k, but likely the best answer is around 15 I need to do mine tonight so I can change 30x before it starts

im going to sleep on the banner saga purchase. i took a quick look at the library and, whew, i got stuff to do before it drops 75%. and my see-sawing decision on a wii-u doesnt need another CC charge to valve against it. i will give banner saga factions a try though, ty for recommendation

any opinion of "Child of Light", i played a demo on PS and thought it was really nice looking and decent RPG mechanics Being a single-player game i can be patient for a deeper cut, probably be @50% by the winter sale. My debate boils down to for ~$12 get Banner Saga or Child of Light for an RPG time killer. I suspect Banner Saga is the better choice

finished my first play through of Steam World Dig its a neat arcade-y take on the digging sensation that has swept through the indie scene. i normally don't enjoy them at all, my Terraria house isnt even furnished. But the arcade mechanics and simplified block size (1 block fits your guy) really kept me hooked. I need to do some reading and planning for the next run, shooting for the <2.5HR & 4-Gold star run achievos. I could see this being a great time on a handheld - i think it originated on 3ds

in reality, it was awful picks all around on my team - i play random draft so its bound to happen pending the pool - http://dotabuff.com/matches/738354868 Radiant - Top - Bristle, Mid - Pudge, Bot - Disrupt pulling, PL and abbs in lane Dire - Top - Viper & Warlock, Mid - Tiny, Bot - VS & Wisp it was just a train wreck. pudge got a few top runes and used them to kill mid and gank top. Tiny couldnt farm because he thought i was going to feed him mana and rot got overpowering. what is even more frustrating is that with VS stun & orbs we had Abbs sub 100dmg a few times and forced tangos/heal early opening up harass on PL Tiny ultimately took an abandon, im sure i was reported for feeding or something asinine i really like wisp, but it seems 1:3 great games to awful clusterfucks. i think i need to reserve it for a 5-team and well defined lanes
-
botched an Io game last night. i picked it with a pub tiny and he was expecting me to go mid...but i started bottom to even the lanes because they tri-laned against our VS. anyways, tiny subsequently lost the lane to pudge, vs lost to the tri, and top ate bristleback spines & got ganked a lot. im taking blame since shouldnt try trick lanes with rando's, especially quiet ones side question, does anyone ever have a hard time hearing people on the in-game voice client? i run skype with my friends when grouped and have no problem, but 1/2 the people i play random with are extremely quiet. (not because skype auto-reduces other software sounds)

i also was unsure, but dota2wiki has clarified will remove the track when BKB'ing...but will not block application bkb partial immunity/certain spell interactions is a total pain in the ass. like still being doom'd...but no damage, etc.

God emperor was the last of the original series i remember. Heretics and Chapterhouse left me feeling unsatisfied...but i was also working a crap retail job in college at the time too, strong possibility of correlation there I also read the brian herbert prequels & up to Battle of Corrin. As a whole i liked the books - but certainly lacked a weird mystic feeling I got from Frank's work. I did like the effort to establish feuds and origin stories; mentats, spice, folding space, etc. On the topic of the 84 movie, huge fan. As often stated, the book feels wildly difficult to translate to film, and i liked Lynch's attempt. Personally I like the cut version better, the extended lengthens the boring parts and does little to help an uninitiated understand the intricate universe As for the Sy-Fy mini-series, 1st one "Frank Herbert's Dune" was a waste, but Children of Dune is fun. Certainly not a substitute retelling, but as a television special entertaining. I would have to watch and read the books again more recently to have strong opinions on some of the art direction and narrative decisions

i did this exactly this morning in a 2/3 position with a Drow & bristle. when it came to time to siege the base pop the ult every CD and let drow tear apart a tower while bristle and i caused havoc up close. helped that we had a yolo enigma who was ready to blink hole anytime more than 3 in a space
-
dewar - that seems like stuck in a group of clowns - poor lanes and ego. sladar should have been lit up middle VS tinker to the tune of no runes, no tower, no last hits. and him asking for ganks forced you into a support...but with no real disable either, so he would have to sprint through tower/creeps/March of machines to land a stomp. KotL may have been a better ganker - at least a well placed charge shot & mana leak could hold him still oh well, long story - dont sell QoP short, big asset in the right team
-
the mini map in picking phase is invaluable and underused. if someone wants mid click little head there and then go afk
-
QoP is an excellent mid for gank potential. strong rune control, quick burst damage, dagger is annoying, and free blink. keeping lanes on their toes with strong mid presence opens up space for the hard-carry or a struggling offlane but she is made of wet newsprint and blinking-in to a fight is usually certain death unless overwhelming odds. personally i dont like playing her, but one of those lords that in in the right team makeup can make a strong impact early.

that is incredible. i love the XL planning of zones and geometric ease of access. also the side-charcoal farm is a much smarter than lighting up a forest like i usually do i am highly interested in Dont Starve, but have merely scratched the surface of possible things to do. most of my major advances while playing have been total accident/dumb luck. Ive got a 30-day save going right now, but really still in the exploration phase. i'll probably end up dying to somethign stupid like frostbite or bees.

fairly big patch today, not for balance...just UI and matchmaking/Find match screen changes. condensed bot tab, combined some of the team matchmaking http://tinyurl.com/bznptje i dont think i like the new portraits VS the card mode selection. its generally useless, but looked neat. Also in RD the grid seems off...maybe just being picky. I do though hope it comes out there is a way to remove the blue flashing glow on lord portraits after picking
-
was he just trying to gank with those BoT's? bot/blink/march/refresh/march/bot home. rinse repeat. especially since invoker, drow, omni, bristle (and even ss) arent the easiest to get the jump on. well rather, omni and bristle wont care...and drow would push his teeth if didnt get a laser off right away thats unfortunate, looking at the graph you guys had them for a while, but as forbin notes, needed to push in hard

oo, interesting, i havent built a lego set in a long time. i suppose you could use needle w/acrylic epoxy on the head to fuse and pull? it would trash the peg, but could get the barrel out im not sure if there is a better thread to put this, but a client/designer sent over this drawing today for me to manufacture a sample from. made me laugh ive subsequently created the drawing required...but politely compiled a list of flaws and fabrication impossibilities. Starting with the "design intent" is what i suspect to be a drawer handle...and ending with hard ADA compliance issues

i forgot about that HUD overlay, ugh. i was playing The Legend of Zelda (NES 1986) the other night...actually on a NES... he game is still great, but the lack of hand-holding is the best part. if someone doesnt realize that in the opening screen the small black box in the wall is a door - foreseeably you could die repeatedly for a long time never gaining a rupee or items. The old man shows up with some cryptic hints...but nothing like a bold-colored text saying exactly what to do next Also, the bosses are ridiculous. The dungeon-4 Hydra kept crushing me and i couldnt remember a 100 rupee treasure location to get the damage reduction ring, i am going to have to get my brothers garage code to get back in and finish =D

Thank you for the correction, some of the minor price decreases always slip my mind...like hyperstone @2k now, or recipe costs (buriza, BoTs, bkb) i just checked out the wiki for the Orb of Venom and saw the extreme price drop of this item over the year(s). started at 550 in 6.70! seems like icefrog is trying to force some use out of this guy

i finished as much of Batman Arkham Origins as i am going to. (PS3, regular story play through on hard) i finished the story the other day, but spent last night getting 100% for all the riddler packs/crimes, etc. All that is left are anarchy and pinkney plaques, I suspect that will require walking around with a gameFAQ open on the laptop. Also, I am not nearly good enough at the combat to go back and 3x medal all the challenge maps either. All in all, i thought it was a great time, as much - or more fun than City. i waited a long time to play to avoid some of the game-destroying bugs that happened with launch. im sure there is a thread somewhere discussing story, pros/cons of the different games, but thought it was a solid game and a fan of the Batman Arkham series will probably be a fan of this one. I was also up way too late playing the multiplayer, which I also think is great. it could be more robust with maps, modes, etc...but it was a lot of fun as the hero class trying to disrupt different gangs. i doubt it becomes an everyday play...but certainly am going to give another try. Does anyone have an opinion on the DLC that is available? i saw a few challenge packs and a Mr Freeze story DLC - challenges are of little interest, but an expanded story add-on has value to me

ya, my 2 brothers, cousin and uncle (his father) lol it creates small rifts...but rarely does it bleed past the day's matches. but also been doing family dota for ~10yrs. For a long time we'd play Sunday "dota civil war" with myself, youngest brother & another uncle VS 3rd brother, cousin and same uncle. that would get messy.

as for the Lone Druid conversation - orb of venom is 375 and gives a great slow for <Rank 3 bear, when it gets roots then its a bonus for those no-proc chases. to me its a low-cost entry item that can be easily dumped later for a basher, maelstrom, AC, etc. as for the Midas discussion...its a lot of money. i know it pays dividends when purchased early & used often, but 2 boots to buy, armor items, etc - i feel like i can get way behind with a weird gank that keeps my bear on cooldown for 2 minutes (and any items stranded there) the long and short, my items on LD are more subject to game tempo & line-up. if its going to be a long haul a midas investment could be good...but if going to have fight early and often i think i'd opt for more useful items sooner

This part of the Matchmaking always makes me uncomfortable - the rando's VS a 4 or 5 stack I play with my family on sunday mornings & tuesday nights as a 5-stack...but the range of skill goes from pretty good to pretty awful...like our 5th might as well be an "easy" bot who buys wards and is proficient with +/-10 lords. im uncomfortable because i know even with 4.5 players our communication is going to automatically be better than a 2 & 3 team...or worse 2/2/1. I really hate stomps, win or lose, but with the way the matchmaking is setup it seems to swing pretty far on the pendulum. we still lose quite a bit, and that is where the skill & picks will trump even the most in-sync group.

Ive been on a lone druid tear. Much like mention above I used to try top hard and end up not being able to fill any role...now I just take the lane given and push to the well. The other day I even took on a tri-lane vs solo and got out with a tower and a kill...meanwhile bottom got 2 towers and several kills. Im still unsure best build for bear vs guy items. Its been lately phase, venom slow, stout and quelling on bear with wand and heal boots on guy. First item hyperstone on bear and get the plate/chain mail on guy. After I finish ac usually spirals to luxury while trashing the base Anyone have thoughts to bear vs guy builds or item choice? I think radiance is crazy cakes and never build it

they played great hockey this playoffs...just ya know, would have liked my team to play better
