i spent all night doing challenge 1, besides nasty drops the hidden health meter really threw me off RE: BoILR - with the seeds and built in timer its like they prepped for this

ive some 500 hrs in the original, i platinum'd it but with the silly flash format i had to do all the secrets twice It took an embarrassingly long time to get competent at the game to consistently get into cathedral/sheol. but once i got it felt great and could sit down for one really good game into the chest rather than a half dozen crap runs to barely the womb the new aesthetic is going to be a tough adjustment, i feel like the hit box is a little different on projectiles & especially on the beam weapons (there looks like a few frame lingering element that does damage) the wall mounted spider shooters are the worst. random bullet patterns, open/gapped floor tiles, skulls/rocks in the way - these things are going to be my number one damage taker for sure (the zombies with disjointed chain/neck heads were my bane in the original) i saw they put in seeded runs, was there plans for future leaderboards / daily challenge? im sure reddit will come up with a clever way to post "best time" screen shots & create one externally

first VV for isaac. poly+mega mushroom+blood clot+ some new item that made them x4 larger & short range...whatever about it i wish i had access to chest cause i would have gone all the way pics of said power up

its a 20 minute (30 max) drive, so ya, there is/was a minor time delay issue. since everyone is sharing too much anyways, i went from an evening ~7pm -> 930am, so the greatest hurdles were in the beginning anyways.

while on the topic i learned something about the sister-in-law of some acquaintances of my wife not worse than bjorn...but pretty great. i've had to clean some nasty messes, but holy smokes. even if i was squatting in an abandoned building you'd think a coffee can that can be emptied would be more comfortable

this is one our most recently completed "custom jobs", 300 S Wacker - full wall paint & illuminated red "building" on the map - like a big You Are Here. And then the lobby inside is a forced perspective of the Loop facing west. We worked with a design firm who came up with concept and i figure out how to build it and install. Typically though we work more commercial/retail signs - wall, letters, and large multi-tenant pylons. sometimes the photos come out good, sometimes its just pictures of metal shaped

ive had success just by pushing the time up (or back, whichever trying to adjust) each day, i wanted to shift to a during-work schedule rather than at home in my 1-bathroom apartment when i moved in with my now-wife. since we've moved into a larger home i've lost interest in such a schedule - now im a free spirit

i didnt know anything about the match (and that it was sold out) until the operations guy @ Soldier Field called me Thursday morning looking for signs - always last minute it seems over there. At least the weather was nice (cold, but not as windy as friday)

I also don't like yoshis island, but haven't played since rented at release. A long lingering of distaste, should try it again to reinvigorate that feeling

I couldn't get past the "class" intro movies without windows saying out of memory. I7 920, xfire 6850s and 12gb ddr3. Maybe can't run it at max, but shouldn't shut down for memory problems. Seemed like others on forums had similar issues, oh well - cleared ~ 45 paragon levels in d3 with x2 XP weekend

i too am suspicious of seemingly underpriced deals but monoprice is legit. ive gotten cables before & turned some people on at work to them for speakers/audio gear to very good results.

i have no vested interest in either team but this series has been interesting, the "nerves" you mention could because every game except game 3 has been a rout of sorts. Sure there have been some clutch pitching getting out of a hard scoring position or fielding plays - but generally who ever shows up hitting well that night is decisively winning the game. Last night KC looked like they did the first few series of the play offs - i hope they can carry it over tonight.

two good/rough games. game 1 - one team fight outcome different or no buyback & game ends differently game 2 - that was typical AA ult chaos. even when you win a battle still lose a few lords & the push hope everyone playing had fun, it was neat to watch

Someone in the comments says its like a muddy baby park (GCN DD) w/jumps - which would be amazing. Custom rule the item drops & lap counts - never have to play another course when people are over. *Edit - Nintendo DLC makes me very happy too. Maybe because its done so seldom...and with these MK8 DLC packs - seeming done with a good value. They are putting in characters, vehicles, and courses at a decent rate & one purchase. Switch other games and you'd have to micro-transaction each vehicle & course separately.

not to get the thread too far off topic - always looking to play. when i play its >11pm CST (4am UTC...eek), theres always some really good players from some SM clans. i havent spent much time in the horde mode, steam: undermind9

the Luigi U are shorter levels that are slight re-works of the mario versions...but yes he controls floaty and super jump you'd expect after having played NSMBU straight for a week or 2 it was a major change that I abandoned for DKC:TF, I am looking forward to going back in after some time away to re-acclimate to float jumping

Had my first bout with home-made Polish Spiritus at a wedding yesterday. Everyone said it wasn't as strong as normal which was a little frightening - moral of the story I should just stick to beer.
