SuperBiasedMan Posted April 23, 2015 Oh man, I still never even beat zone 3 after I got super into this. I didn't get burned out so much as busy but I definitely want to do the one run a day approach.
Bjorn Posted April 23, 2015 I never beat zone 2! So yeah, definitely diving back in.
Badfinger Posted April 23, 2015 Excited to buy and play this now that it's full release.
Badfinger Posted April 24, 2015 THIS GAME IS SO GOOD. I thought I probably wanted the soundtrack, and then after playing for two straight hours I knew I wanted the soundtrack so I own that too. The ability to watch a replay of everyone's daily challenge is incredible.
Trip Hazard Posted April 24, 2015 I didn't know I could do that! I'm absolutely terrible at this game, and whilst watching the pros won't solve my lack of rhythm, it should give me some useful pointers. Amazing game, this, want to see more of it.
elmuerte Posted April 24, 2015 Played it for 17 minutes! It's Friday evening, already had some things to drink. So my timing sucks.

Griddlelol Posted February 9, 2016 Ok, can someone explain to me how dragons work. I cannot figure out what makes them attack/not attack. I've only ever beaten them by luck, or just having high enough damage to survive them.
dibs Posted February 9, 2016 I was just playing this! The dragons attack when they move, every 2nd beat. Get into position beside one when it moves, then move away, then attack, then move, then attack. The red dragon will breath fire, so best to attack from the top or bottom. If you move left or right of him, he will breath fire in that direction on the next move. The blue one fires a cone of cold on you, so ditto. Nothing in the game is accidentally triggered. They all have predictable patterns and reactions. Keeping them all in your head while you are keeping the beat is the hard part^^
Griddlelol Posted February 9, 2016 Thanks, I could just not figure out what causes them to attack, mainly because I'm running away in a blind panic when they appear. Since it's on PS4 and vita now, I'm playing constantly.
Deadpan Posted February 9, 2016 Dragons move on every other beat, so you want to try to land on an adjacent tile when their move ends, use the one beat pause to attack, then jump backwards and repeat. Ideally come at them from above or below, since blue and red dragons have long range horizontal attacks if you attack them from the sides. Guess I'm late. SuperBiasedMan Posted February 9, 2016 There's a beastmaster (or something like that) in the hub area who can let you train with each individual monster and boss I think. Might cost some resources?
