I was saying interesting to the whole concept, no so much the story line stuff. I have a friend of a friend who's into Pinball and he's always frustrated that I just want to bang the ball around rather than learning the table, that's all. clyde Posted January 31, 2016 I think we should wait a week before the next tournament. I had a lot of fun playing Sorcerer's Lair this week, but I could see these tournaments becoming encumbering if there is always a tournament happening. I don't really want to wait more than a week though because I had so much fun playing last week; I'm really looking forward to doing this again.That said, we need to figure out how to nominate and/or chose tables because Sorcerer's Lair is the only free one. Of course no one is obligated to participate every week, but if we figure this out together we have a better chance of attracting more participants. Also tell me if I'm being too bossy. It is really fun, the shots are easy, it is high scoring, and I think I have a higher score on it than Clyde. You can try the demo and see what you think. Another fun table is Moon Night. The shots are fun, and they say weird stuff to you, and the modes don't really make sense. Again, try it on demo. Just to be clear, I am not attached to these suggestions, and rejection of these is fine, so feel free to say no. I am just trying to get the ball rolling... elmuerte Posted February 3, 2016 El Dorado is an fun table. A lot of things going on, some interesting modes/missions for as far I was able to experience. Plants vs Zombies is interesting. Played some Mars, quite a clean table, haven't seen any really special modes. V12 sucks, way too easy to lose your ball. Tesla, didn't like it much. No idea how to activate something interesting. clyde Posted February 5, 2016 So uh, it looks like there is a significant Steam-sale on Pinball FX2 tables and Pinball Arcade Season 1-3 tables. No pressure. Anyway, I'm hoping we can start a new tournament tomorrow so how about we vote between Moon Knight and Tales of the Arabian Nights or any other table I guess, I'm just trying to limit these to make the choice easier. I'd like to abstain unless there is a tie. Get your vote in by 10 pm EST so I can make a poster for it and we can start the tournament tomorrow (lasting a week (maybe through next Sunday?(It doesn't matter))).
