I spent the weekend just playing random games, and was like, oh yeah, this game is insanely popular so that means it's gonna be the same as playing CoD on Xbox or whatever. Stuart Posted April 4, 2014 Ya know, this suddenly reminded me of this event I used to organize and host in the previous (and first) gaming community I took part of. I may bring it back for this forum... What kind of event? Well, take a look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pSF9s173c8 Very stupid. We played basically played janky, yet hilarious game modes on CS:S, Garry's Mod, HL2: Deathmatch, and TF2, as well as janky and silly Source multiplayer source mods. The whole point and theme of the event was "LET'S PLAY JANKY GAMES, LAUGH, AND SHOOT THE SHIT." And boy, did we laugh and shoot the shit, for 3 entire months until I had to stop hosting it because school. Good times, though. There is a server on CS:S that has 150 community made gamemodes, where we played most of the time during this event.
