got nothing for #4

I'm sure there's something to be made of wizard and lizard, and since the other animals are a little more easily identifiable, if you're feeling ambitious, I think #4 is a subspecies of Platysaurus intermedius.

It was a nice day. My one com-plat, I saw, as in terms o' deus, WAY too much lux. It's too bright, I'm going back to my rock.

plat, I saw, as = platysaurus

in terms o' deus = intermedius

...Fuck you guys, at least I tried.

I like this one. The eyes say it all.

I still only like a vanishingly small portion of the photos I take, and I probably don't take as many photos as I ought, but here's a relatively recent one that I'm fairly pleased with:

I'M SO LAZY AND NEVER TAKE NEW PICTURES OF THINGS WHYYYYYYYY

Well here's some old ones that I decided I like a lot, even though most of them aren't that great. It's the MEMORIES.

4051163148_dac8f5306c_z.jpg Beaks of metal, man. Japanese crows are terrifying.

4053764691_68f893f3ab_z.jpg Why so angry, little dragon?

5104513392_09ab9a3021_z.jpg Sandgators! RUN.
5104505018_93ec5245e2_z.jpg Those clouds were amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't get any spectacular pictures of them, though this does a good job of showing the scale.
4054628128_9d0f6ab99a_z.jpg Something doesn't look right here...
5104511754_09efc5b4eb_z.jpg Mmm, long-exposure fireworks. I know everyone does it, but it's so FUN.

I forgot to keep all the links to the Flickr pages, so you can't see high res (if you wanted to). I'M SORRY. If you want, I'll go find them again. U:

Also here's some more.

5103892061_7e5a0896ac_z.jpg Ruined buildings are like my favorite things.
5103888661_2633c076d2_z.jpg Well it's a sunset okay. And kite surfers!
4358578446_ccc37c3e17_z.jpg Who are these assholes playing disc golf in the snow! Oh wait that's my friends and me
5104473780_80ed43af32_z.jpg I am dragon, hear me roar!
5100442958_39b3bf9c3b_z.jpg I love me some mossy rocks, yo.

While perusing my Flickr I realized just how much I FUCKING LOVED JAPAN. TAKE ME BAAAAACK.

I went on holiday to Porto recently. There were loads of stray cats. This photo of one of them happened to come out quite well:

Well, I thought so, anyway. Despite all the rubbish in the background.

Yeah, a few of them looked pretty neglected. We also saw a stray dog that appeared to have worms.

Adorbs.

I've been photo-taking a bit lately. I'm visiting my dad in the house I grew up (soon to be sold and knocked down probably) and went and explored the storm drain near the place. I took what I believe to be a sweet photo:

Love that storm drain photo!

I should start again with photography at some point so I could post in this thread with photos. I haven't really done any (besides usual crap travel/chronicle photos) in maybe 10 years.

Love that storm drain photo!

Yeah, me too. When I was growing up, we lived near the Trinity River floodplain, so my neighborhood was crisscrossed with similar drains. One time, my friend and I followed one for like two hours as it passed through dense forest and then emptied alongside a massive field where the abandoned pylons for a five-rail interchange stood. It's the closest I've ever gotten to a Bethesda game in real life (and probably the reason I keep playing them, even though they aren't my thing).

As in Phoenix, Arizona?

For a city as big as this one, I'm kind of sad and surprised that it is completely devoid of Thumbs.

Thanks guys!

I'm a fan of this one too, considering it was taken out the window of a moving car

This looks like it should have zombies just starting to appear in the distance.
