Are people able to upload files?

Recommended Posts

Are people having trouble uploading files? I noticed someone mentioned an error, but I can't find where it was. Everyone should have permissions, with a 2MB max per-file.

Testing.

EDIT: Seems to work now. It was mentioned in the New Forums... thread.

Seems fine to me. I would suggest raising the thumbnail size in your options though, ideally small and medium-size images should be appearing at full size.

One quirk I noticed is the advanced Flash uploader isn't enabled unless you toggle it. Not sure if this is a IP.Board quirk or a configuration issue.

Drawing on my knowledge from another IP board... there should be a setting in your profile for using the advanced uploader.

Also re: the Advanced Uploader on a different board - last week, it errored out for me while using a Chrome Nightly - refused to accept that I had selected files for upload. Because of things like this, I'd prefer to be able to still use the "old" upload options if needed.

Just increased them to 400px. Rebuilding seems to have broken a couple of the thumbnails in this thread though for reasons unknown :/

It does when clicked into its own loading window, interestingly enough.

I imagine that's because it's generating a thumbnail for the post, rather than displaying the original image.

I just turned off thumbnails entirely, so they should just show up like inline images.
