DanJW Posted March 23, 2010 I think it's more than he tends to get quite aggressive in his argument strategy so that his voice is heard. He worries a little bit about people thinking he's an asshole for this type of thing, but he worries more about not fighting for what he thinks is the right decision (he faces the same thing at work).
