toblix Posted June 8, 2009 Tuesday at 21:00 GMT. Hopefully I'll be there. Also, you too, as well.
miffy495 Posted June 8, 2009 Jesus, it took me a couple seconds to remember that this is number 30 and you weren't just trying to weird people out... Also, I'll be there.
James Posted June 8, 2009 Thirty already! And I've been there for some of them! Wait, when did this overtake the number of podcast episodes? Or did it start before all that? I demand answers! Actually, I guess it just catches up this week, and that's because of E3. Still. It's a thing.

Nachimir Posted June 9, 2009 Lack of sleep may have zombulated me by 21:00 GMT, but I'll try to be there.
Wrestlevania Posted June 9, 2009 I'm already making my arse ready for another severe kicking. The bruises have just about healed from last time, though none of you basts'll catch me on four wheels!
Nevsky Posted June 9, 2009 Sizzling Hot Triple-X Sex Porn - sounds like some of my most recent Twitter followers. My thumb is twitching already. I think that's a good sign!
Grippage Posted June 9, 2009 Toblix is obviously being a complete idiot when he says 21:00 GMT. I've pointed it out to him, but he's a relentless motherf. It's actually 20:00 GMT, but 21:00 BST (British Summer Time) or 3pm Eastern Standard Time 2pm Central Standard Time Noon Pacific Standard Time Or, in layman's terms: same time as always. James Posted June 9, 2009 Grippage, you are a hero. Unfortunately, my home phone and Internet are down, so unless BT are swift to repair it or I work out a way to tether my mobile phone to my 360 (I beleive my network forbids tethering) and get acceptable speeds, I won't be able to make it tonight. This saddens me. I was, as ever, looking forward to it. The last time I lost Internet service in any significant fashion it was down for over a month and ended up with us ditching that shitty provider. When it went down I was pretty OK at Call of Duty 4 multiplayer; when it came back everyone was about a billion times better than me. I don't know whether I lost my touch or everyone else practiced a bunch or both. And that's pretty much what stopped me playing that game.
James Posted June 9, 2009 Incidentally, I posted all that using my phone. Fuck txt tlk.
ysbreker Posted June 9, 2009 T minus 5 minutes people!
James Posted June 9, 2009 That tethering thing was an (admittedly appaling) joke, by the way. Reading it back I realized that in its absence of humour it gave the impression that I was an obscenely optimistic idiot (rather than just an idiot). Sometimes I confound even myself with my inanity. toblix Posted June 9, 2009 Yeah, we spent quite some time discussing how much of a dick you were for thinking you could play over a tethered mobile phone.
ysbreker Posted June 9, 2009 That was a great session people! Had lots of fun!
toblix Posted June 9, 2009 Yes, very good. I agree that the awesome stuff should've been filmed.
Wrestlevania Posted June 9, 2009 Yar, much hilarity this session. But then there's never been anything less than moderate mirth to date. I even impressed myself, bailing out of our flaming mob car and into the loving front wheels of the pursuing cops at approximately 60mph. miffy495 Posted June 9, 2009 I pulled off a couple of spectacular stunts during that ice cream race. I really wish someone had been there to see them. Also, not once but twice did I kill Nevsky through the windshield of his car while driving. I've never pulled this off before, so either I was really lucky, or Nevsky was trying to catch my bullets with his head.
Nevsky Posted June 10, 2009 Very fun session indeed, apart from my 360 freezing as the boss on a round of Cops 'n Crooks. It sounded fun, though, the last I heard before the freeze was Miffy (?) saying 'Wrestle, that's not a road...'. Some hectic moments, indeed. Also, not once but twice did I kill Nevsky through the windshield of his car while driving. I've never pulled this off before, so either I was really lucky, or Nevsky was trying to catch my bullets with his head. Twice! It's so deflating when that happens - maybe at some point my character will catch the bullet in between his teeth...
Wrestlevania Posted June 10, 2009 The last I heard before the freeze was Miffy (?) saying 'Wrestle, that's not a road...'. I wanted to road test our new, gang-banging 4x4 properly--into a tree!
Nachimir Posted June 10, 2009 Sorry I didn't make it this week, I'd been awake for a stupid number of hours and just collapsed on the sofa.
Nevsky Posted June 10, 2009 I wanted to road test our new, gang-banging 4x4 properly--into a tree! Damn those trees! I also like how Toblix's 'plan B' can mean anything from swapping cars, or splitting up into separate cars, to jumping off an overpass. Playing with you guys has revealed just how conservative a GTA-er I am.
