Heat Vision pilot (Jack Black, Ben Stiller)

Recommended Posts

A 30 minute pilot of a TV series that was proposed in 1999, directed by Ben Stiller and starring Jack Black and Ron Silver. Thought you guys might not have seen it before.

Reminds me a bit of dark place... only seen the intro so far though.

Enjoy :)

EDIT: I wish it was real!!!!!!! I want it to exist *sob*

Heheh. Yes, very Dark Place. FOx wouldn't buy it though would they? It's central premise is irony.

That was completely awesome.

Not to mention Ron Silver as Himself, a NASA hitman / talented actor.

This just instantly became a classic.

Me and my buddies didn't really talk about anything else except Heat Vision and Jack today.

Ditto. I watched it at four Friday morning, and by 5 Friday afternoon I was at a friend's house with about 6 of us gathered around the computer laughing our asses off. So good. Go discovering new cult stuff!

No no no! Darkplace is one word, not two. It's essential.

Essential to save on space-bar wear-and-tear when you're typing 'Darkplace was shit'?

Oh man, I just watched the first episode of Darkplace (here). That was incredible. I hope it gets a region 1 dvd release sometime soon.

Yeah, that was amazing! I was replaying it in my head and grinning like an idiot all the way home from work. Ah, back when Ben Stiller had the Midas Touch.

Also, it kicked Dark Place's ASS.
