RPGs that have co-op? That's kind of neat, I might check that out as we both love RPGs, or at least have a background in them as kids.We recently beat Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game on medium difficulty. It was great, in fact, it's probably a favourite game now. I just love the old-school vibe, with all the new-school improvements. It's really fluid. It gets a bit harder later on, but with a bit of light-grinding, you will soon be epic enough to destroy anything.
We've just been playing Crystal Chronicles, and they're pretty super. Just cool sword and magic shit, it's fun to play with two people!

I'm getting crashes to desktop every fifteen minutes. Also, customizing my appearance was good, but for some reason it's not as powerful as Mass Effect's was. I loved my Sasquatch Shephard That was his name, he didn't look like a Sasquatch, he looked like a gargoyle. But in a totally realistic way, he was a very realistic ugly bastard I thought.
Are you running in DX9 or DX11? I've heard changing to 9 fixes a lot of graphical issues.

I'm gonna be the guy that bumps this, asking for recs. We mainly play DS together, and lately, we've just been playing "Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time", and loving the hell out of it. It's a cool little action RPG and we've had a ball.
Can anyone recommend other games like that for the DS? Cheers darlings

I love Idle Thumbs. I did not live that because of the dickwavery between...the non thumbs/bombcast guys. Also, my girlfriend walked in as I said out loud "Hey wait, where's my hot scoops at"

Pretty wound up right now. Got my ipod touch sometime in february last year, and its just broke. The audio jack is just fucked. For one, a headphone jack barely fits in, and if i somehow get it in, it plays at a hundredth volume. The enraging thing is the terrible warranty. The thing cost damn near a hundred pounds, but thats only a year warranty. I go to check online, thinking this would be a ten quid job. Repair on this model is over 85 pounds. Is this meant to be some kind of fucking joke? Itd be nice to have my apple products last for over a year, but i guess thats too much to ask

I played the PC Demo as a rogue earlier.
It made me sad that I'm broke at the moment.

Hi I just started playing this game yesterday but can't figure out how to save! If you could help me with this that would be great, thank you : )There isn't really one. You play through your dungeon, die, then it autosaves, its persistent

Big fan of Kon's work, Perfect Blue in particular. Still need to see Paranoia Agent, though.I'm sending in my Masters' thesis proposal today, and I'm writing about fansubbing, so I guess I need to watch a lot more anime, and call it research.
I like it. I'm actually in the process of sorting out my final dissertation on "Posthumanity and Cyborgs in Sci-Fi Anime".
Nice to know I'm not the only one thinking critically about it

Super Metroid for the first time. I'm 22 years old. I now get why that game was such a big deal

Manchester, eh? I bet this is commonplace wherever there's trams (or "trolleys").I think he tried to run the red. He got dragged a good distance though. Car's a write off, but no mushed brains.

Also, I live in a weird city when something like this appears relatively commonplace

So, yesterday I fell into this secret region coding trap of PS3/PSN. A bunch of weeks ago I bought Enslaved (as usual from a UK online retailer). And I liked it so much I wanted to play the DLC thingy too. So last Tuesday I bought that DLC thingy on PSN, but to my surprise it didn't work.Guess what, it appears that the UK has a different Enslaved that terrestrial Europe. And the stuff you buy from PSN depends on ... well, I don't know what it depends on, maybe country you filled in on your profile.
Anyway. The DLC I bought won't work with my copy of Enslaved.
So I contacted PSN support. And of course they redirected me to Bandai. So this is probably going to become a hassle to resolve it either way.
What was that argument console gamers often use? Oh right, on consoles things simply work. Yeah.. right...
I doubt you'll get money back. That really stinks.

Will update properly tomorrow when I get time.
A sneak preview!

Many thanks! Shame I've gotta go into uni today, but will upload the stuff I got soon. They're pretty...majestic to say the least!
-
Everytime I try to load it, it crashes instantly. Frustrating.

I honestly don't care about platform exclusivity. At the end of the day, by buying the PS3 version, I get a free copy of the steam version. Why people wouldn't do that, assuming they have both platforms, is beyond me.

I just drank my pot of tea, and it had gone cold while I played Starcraft 2.
Truly, these are the end times.
