Welcome to our new forum!

This forum is for playing text adventure games! Our resident super computer Ziggy serves up the current move, and all you have to do is reply to the thread with the next move, such as “Go north”. Ziggy will then respond. It's basically an MMO text adventure ¬¬

Here are some helpful tips:

• Only the first line of your message will be read by Ziggy, so you can write comments or recaps or questions etc underneath.
• If you don’t want Ziggy to process any of the message then start it with a #
• Ziggy can only post every 30 seconds, just like everyone else
• Instructions such as "save" or "pause" are disabled to avoid Ziggy exploding
• You can get a summary of the last set of moves by clicking Ziggy's name and choosing to 'Find more posts by ziggy'

This is the first public test of Ziggy – a beta if you will – so If you notice Ziggy has broken then please send a PM to Erkki, who is the mastermind behind this creation!

I'd like to mention that Ziggy is running on the bleeding edge ultra mega high tech software from Eclipse 3.3 "Europa"* (and Debian 4.0 "etch"). Special thanks to MySQL, Subversion and Bugzilla. Oh, and while I'm at it I'd also like to thank Jake and Spaff. Jake had the original idea to make the bot run adventure games.
